If you need shoes, come here! The service is beyond amazing. They definitely have your best foot interests in mind. They have you walk without shoes on and recommended shoes based on your own personal needs. They also make sure that they watch your walking while trying on the shoes and monitor if you are walking well with them on.You can also go in with a specific shoe in mind and just grab those. You don't have to have them make suggestions/recommendations, as there is no pressure. They also have a wide selection of shoes to choose from. I ended up going with a pair of New Balance, and my mother-in-law went with a pair of Asics. I highly recommend this place for your walking/running/shoe needs.

I love this running store! They have a great selection of shoes, clothes and other running gear. I just got some goodr sunglasses here, which I've heard a lot of good things about. I love mine and it's a great price point. Conveniently located downtown, making it a great place to pop into if you're walking around!

DO NOT GO TO A BIG BOX STORE OR SHOP FOR SHOES ON-LINE! My wife and I have been going to Runners Roost for years. Today while shopping for a new pair, the owner Gary spent close to an hour fitting me properly into a pair of shoes. He brought out 8 pairs of shoes and watched me walk in each pair to see how I was responding to each shoe. The prior day we went to a new, large store in the CS area. The sales people were quite nice, but, were clueless when it came to a proper fitting. Do yourself a favor, go to a store that knows what they are doing. Selection, value, service and the overall experience were a 10. Thanks to all at Runners Roost for your excellence over the years!!

I have a-lot of foot pain due to being flat footed and having plantar fasciitis. I was waking around downtown Colorodo spring and ran into runner roosters. I went in side and was Greeted immediately, I told him the issues I was having and proceeded to take a look at my stride. After looking , he stated that I had pigeon toe ( which I had no idea ) and had me try on a few pair of shoes and a pair of slides. He checked my stride on all the shoes and was very informative when explaining the different benefits of each shoe. I proceed to purchase the HOKA ONE ONE and it's like a whole new world where I'm walking on a cloud. Very comfortable shoes and you can feel the cushions with every stride you take. This place is a great place to go if you have foot pain or you just want to buy some long distance running shoes. Highly recommend!!!!

I needed new running shoes very badly. I had been spoiled previously by an expert running shop in the city I lived before and did not think I would find one here in CS. Boy was I wrong. I walked in to be immediately greeted by friendly employees and got fitted in no time. I could tell they wanted me in the best shoe for me, not price or sale, but genuinely cared I was happy and in a shoe that could help me perform. Go here for your running needs and supplies, you won't regret it

I've been to this store several times over the years. Time and time again the staff is knowledgeable, a helpful guide to own decisions, and is so friendly. The manager recently helped me with tips for my tri race, thank you!! I've also been helped by Orlando who is the best!! Orlando thank you for your help and guidance! You are patient, knowledgeable, genuine and truly care about us as individuals! Also, thanks for always making me laugh! Orlando is one of your best!! You guys rock!!

Excellent customer service! The shop employee evaluated my foot placement when I walked and had me try 3 different brands of shoe. I chose Brooks brand and it is so comfy and provides good support. Their clothing including socks is worth exploring as is the nutrition section. The military discount was a nice surprise. Highly recommend!
