Rotolo's Craft & Crust

Awesome staff and met the GM who was also awesome! We were taken care of and had amazing food. Will definitely be coming back.

There is nothing...nothing...that ends a day of shredding better than pizza and beer. On that vibe, Rotolo's is your stop after a day at Keystone. Small, lively, and a decent volume level, it's the perfect place to come down after a hard day on the slops. They have FANTASTIC pizza and other entrée choices to make everyone happy. Their drink choices are superb, and they pour a LOT of margaritas here. For the win: Start with a Mexican Cocoa or margarita for aprés, smash a Big Apple and The OG, and wash it down with a local craft. Good luck making first chair the next morning.

I was very apprehensive about this place as it was the only post ski dining without an hour wait (In retrospect I think that's because 1- most people ordered out and 2- it's a wee bit farther from all the action) I did a major eye roll at the $5 up charge for cauliflower crust pizza but was starving so rolled with it. I was not disappointed! Like at all. This was one of the best (hopefully) gluten free pizzas I have ever had. Even my daughter gave it two very enthusiastic thumbs up. Given the prices, I was a bit surprised by the portion of the chicken fingers but hey- this was one of the busiest Fridays I have ever seen in my life skiing Keystone so- given that fact- I think I am more surprised that the food came out at all, let alone quickly, and that everyone left full and happy... I have to go ahead and highly recommend this place (4 stars because for the prices... I can't say this was a five out of five place but I will stillCome back if every post skiing I am craving pizza)

After a couple hours on the slopes with some small children, this spot was amazing. The hot chocolate was probably the richest and most decadent that I've had in a while. It's a little bit closer to the base than the other pizza place. So overall the food, the service and proximity to the base and the standout hot chocolate would definitely bring me back.

After having tried this restaurant in the past when they originally opened, and being unimpressed, i gave it another shot. Hours are weird, but the place has definitely improved

Delicious Pizza and strong cocktails just a few steps from the slopes at River Run. The Big Apple pizza was my fav, and the whipped ricotta cheese was outstanding. The crust was crispy and all the ingredients seemed fresh. Service was excellent, our waiter was kind and funny too. Service was slow from a New Yorker's point of view, but was probably on par for mountain area restaurants. Our friends enjoyed their Deluxe combination pizza. Ambiance was standard, but we chose this place because of the abundant outdoor seating outside in the bright sunshine.

Pizza was alright. I wouldn't go again but it was a nice experience just the pizza didn't really have a flavor that separated it from a concession stand pizza.

Amazing pizza! We had a big group and got 5 different pizzas, all of which were delicious. I'd recommend the Big Apple or the Italian Club pizzas *chef's kiss* Also, as mentioned, we had a big group but got seated immediately despite it being 6pm on Saturday in a mountain town! Our waiter was so funny and nice, and he was very on top of service. Definitely go here if you're staying in Keystone or looking for some grub before hitting the road.

Pizza is good, hits the spot and a short walk from the slopes. Great beer selection at reasonable prices. One pizza serves about 2 comfortably. This I would define as "artisan" pizza, like a thin crust light on cheese but loaded with toppings. Crust cooked to perfection. Good vibes & good service. We went at noon and there was lots of open tables.

Low service quality! Lack of management. I would definitely take my business else where! Super disappointing.
