I love donuts and these are just about the best donuts I have ever had! Love the rotating "menu" because you don't have to feel bad about trying something new!I have never been a huge fan of donuts with jelly - but Rosy's are not to be missed! Her homemade jam fillings are literally to die for! As Tom said - shouldn't really be telling you this, because there'll be less for me!

Rosy's Donuts are currently available as a "Pop Up" only on Sunday mornings, at Howl Mercantile and Coffee, in Salida Colorado. They open at 9:00 AM, and the donuts usually sell out pretty fast. The flavors/types changes weekly. They are hand made, with love, and they are delicious. I shouldn't even be telling you about them because it will just be that much harder for me to get the ones that I need!
