They fixed my stereo guitar power amp. Did a great job. Works like a champ. Price was fair and they completed the job on the date promised.

Ok, so this was the first time I have ever repaired my speakers. The place did a great job. It took a little while and so speed is not their specialty, but the speakers work great. I got to nerd out with the owners for a bit about oscilloscopes, which was fun too. One word of caution, if you are really sensitive to cigarette smoke, you may want to have someone take your electronic device in.

Very knowledgeable, investigated the fault and found it unrepairable. Mr. Ross informed me the complexity of my 80's amp would result in the issue repeating.

Took a vintage 20W Class-A guitar combo amp to get fixed following an improper packing job by movers. Thought for sure it was the glass vacuum tubes but turned out to be only a loose connection causing noise. As a result I paid little more than a bench fee, and could have easily been talked into new tubes and biasing (repair shops are notorious for this). Expect about a 2 to 3 week turn around so take that into account. Would come here again. Oh yeah, its cash only...just a heads up. This is where the local Guitar Center sends their repairs so I'd skip GC altogether if repairs are something you need. Please note: they are NOT located where Yelp says they are. Go to their website for the address.

They were AWESOME!! Took an old amp in I was struggling with and he pulled it out of the abyss in far less time than I thought it would take. He's been doing this for over 30 years and his experience shows!! Great Guy!! Great Shop!!

I would give Ross Tronics a higher rating but the work took forever. For. Ev. Er.My 5150 amplifier needed some long overdue TLC after too many years of sitting and collecting dust. I had to go out of town, so I had a friend take it to ProSound and they said that wasn't really their thing, but he should check out Ross Tronics. He took the amp there and was told two weeks.Well, it turns out two weeks meant that was how long it would be before they even looked at it. I called after 12 days and discovered this little nugget of information. Oh well. I was heading out of town AGAIN so I was fine to give them some more time. So another 10 days goes by and I hear nothing from Ross Tronics. I call and what do you know, it's ready for pick up. $50. Cash only. Now, I don't think $50 for one hour's work that consisted mainly of blowing out the dust and checking some connections a sweet deal or anything. HOWEVER, the amp works great and is sounding good as new. I cranked it up to just 5 and rattled the windows with the sound of sweet, sweet rock n' roll. It was worth the wait and the price. They need to work on their communication but they do good work.

I had two Newcomb record players that were having trouble with the idler wheel. Ross fixed both for $65. I took them home one was working perfect the other still had trouble. Called up Ross told me to bring it in , he worked his magic did not charge me, and now both of my record players are working as they should.
