Holy cow this place is such a vibe! I seriously think this may be my favorite spot in all of Colorado Springs. It is really a hidden gem! When it comes to value and quality Roll Up is unmatched. Fun venue with street art designs. Nice wrap around patio area for those beautiful Colorado days. Tons of food and drink options. Quick service at the counter or you can choose to order from the kiosks. My friend and I split the steak and egg dippers and loaded breakfast fries with smoked brisket. The dippers were absolutely delicious and came with a side of pork green chili that both my friend and I were obsessed with. I could eat that on its own! The loaded breakfast fries came as a ginormous portion. We both ate quite a bit and hardly put a dent in it. It could easily be shared with four people as an appetizer. They also had quite an extensive alcoholic drink menu featuring wine, beer, and spirits. I ordered a white Christmas mimosa off of their holiday drink menu and was very impressed by the presentation.

"Ships at a distance have every man's wish in board."It's a bit sentimental with Roll up, never been here but have always noticed from a distance. They've come along way and there's no doubt that the establishment is thriving. Was going to get a meal for the night but I was astounded The Golden Triangle was well advertisedI walked out with aspirations of eventually finishing of this menu one day. I asked for a cream cheese and bagel because I truly couldn't decide what I'd like. Trust me next time I'll indulge in the craft that this establishment has put their best foot forward! This restaurant serves very good comfort food. I ordered the half and half tater tots. These tots were covered with bacon and one half of the tots covered with sausage gravy and other covered with hatch green chili sauce; topped with an egg. This meal was delicious, but very heavy and will feed two or more people.I also ordered the empanadas stuffed with Birria (shredded Mexican style stewed beef) and cheese, accompanied with an amazing consume dipping sauce. The empanadas were delicious, but definitely a portion big enough for two or more people. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the mood for great comfort food.

Great food & so glad I gave this place a try today! Also great customer service and the food comes out quick despite how busy it was when we went during the lunch hours! The prices here are great too and the place is clean and the bathroom was clean too. Lots of parking options and love the aesthetic outside with it being from an old gas station, makes a very unique experience. Main complaint is that there is barely enough seating in here for anyone when it gets to lunch hours and that was kinda annoying not having anywhere to eat our food. Other than that though, was great and will be coming back.

I wanted something fast for lunch today that was close to my work, and I found Roll Up through yelp. I chose it because of its location and a chicken bacon wrap sounded so good. WOW! All my coworkers were like "what is that?!" I think everyone from my work will be coming in to try this place. The wrap was amazing. I wasn't expecting the side of hot sauce, but I think it really made it if I'm honest. It went really really well with the wrap. I also asked for the pickled onions, do it. The inside was pretty cool! I saw they serve beer, so I definitely want to come back when I am not on the clock. I definitely want to try the loaded fries or nachos. This was probably the highlight of my week!

First of great place to eat. Cool vibe to it and the people are always in good moods.But you have to try the smoked brisket breakfast burrito! It is really good, and you can tell it is actually smoked on a smoker!

Not just amazing food, but some of the friendliest servers and employees I've ever encountered! We ordered a breakfast burrito and a cheeseburger. The fries were crisp and fresh and the burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. The breakfast burrito was piping hot and came with salsa. It was delicious. Skip those big brand breakfast places and come out and support a local business that is one of the best around!

Food is delicious, super cool and unique location with fast service. I'm not from the area but will go back any time I'm in the area.

You order at the counter, then they bring the food to you. I had the sausage, egg, and cheddar biscuit sandwich and my wife had the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich. The biscuit was dried out and crumbled as I tried to pick it up. We liked the hash browns, but I don't like leaky ketchup packets thrown on top of my food! My wife's bagel was good. Had high hopes, but I would not go back.
