Rocky Mountain Fitness

I was in Canon City for three months. For a little over two of those months I was in an apartment across the street from Rocky Mountain Fitness, so I checked it out and joined. While I did not work out every day or even every other day, I found it to be a wonderful gym. They have every machine and piece of equipment you will ever need. It was not crowded. The bathrooms are nice. They have a sauna, if you like saunas. IT was great. The owner/manager was also very cordial and friendly. I had specific machines I needed for leg extension and back extension. They had them both. Plus all the others, military press, bench press, curls, triceps, leg flexion, etc. I wish I had such a gym here, where I am now. California.
