This is absolutely the most amazing school. The caliber of the curriculum is as superior as any private school. I love that they encourage family participation. Education is a collaborative effect between educators and family. This wholistic and family oriented community, combines a classical approach to teaching the basics that assures your child will excel as they go out into the world. What takes this institution to the highest levels of academia is that they encourage family participation as a part of the your child's growth. From athletics to music, art, citizenship and moral responsibility, your child will get an education that encourages the growth of the whole person. This is beyond the typical public school level of education thanks to the district 49 charter school system. This is an elite educational opportunity already paid for by your public school tax dollars. I highly recommend looking into this school for your child's education.

This school does not handle situations well and only truly cares about its profits and looking good towards parents. They treat the good teachers poorly as the few good teachers who thought out of the box were fired and replaced with bad ones. This is also a place you wouldn't wanna send your kids to if they aren't white, they treated me and other students of color different with punishments and threatened me to "be sent out to do landscaping with the rest of my kind". Also had a substitute there who told a student that it was his fault his parents divorced. Overall a school that isn't with diversity and is priveledge based. I give it a 1 star because I can't do less and the building is nice

Terrible administration! I wrote to them three times --no response. They feel they own the entire neighborhood. Not sure what they are teaching the kids but it surely isn't manners and respect! The kids are rude and disrespectful!

Terrible "neighbors"...the parents park and wait, blocking a lengthy stretch of Barnes Rd, including the two dedicated right turn lanes into the neighborhood, making it dangerous for residents to enter and exit the neighborhood. Called the school and instead of trying to work the issue or even acknowledge it, they didn't give a damn, saying to call the police...fine, done.
