Amazing church with great children services and amazing hearts of volunteers. Love the teaching and community events.

Verse-by-verse teaching through the Bible. Kind and compassionate pastors and staff. Spirit-led worship and plenty of opportunities to connect via small groups. A heart for God's children and a focus on serving the local community, while training disciples to take the good news across the world.The Word spoken in truth and love.

It makes me sad to write such a horrible review about calvary chapel. I have been going to calvary for 18 yrs. When I attended RMC, I thought it would have the same values as the other calvary chapels I attended. I was way wrong out of the 12 times I have attended I was only greeted once which makes no sense since as I look around the church I saw tons of greeters so its not like they were short of them. Next, I have a service dog (vest was on all times) and was stopped and questioned. really!!!!!! what happen to ADA (american disability act) ...am I not in america or does this not apply to this church but applies to others i've attended. If this church has this attitude why would any nonbeliever ever believe.....or respect Chrtians! This is a disgrace.

Amazing Church, Spirit led I love everything about this place! It's so big, but doesn't feel it!

The first visit into this church it felt welcoming. We had a son that needed to be in the nursery (1st time away from mama) and an usher helped us through the whole process, dropping him off and even asking how he did after service. It's a large church but we never felt lost in the crowd. Message was amazing and worship was amazing as well.

It's Advent. Why is Pastor Eric teaching in Ephesians, AGAIN? Where are the teachings about the incarnation of Christ and all the relevant information? Why are there no beautiful Christmas hymns? Why do Christian traditions mean nothing to this church?

I had 30 hours of community service to do so I picked Rocky Mountain Calvary Chapel to volunteer with. Initially I spoke with Rhonda who was very nice and helpful and I came in and spoke to two gentlemen who were running it at the time and did my day of service work sweeping floors and straightening up with no problems.However the second time I came in a guy named Donnie confronted me as I signed in and asked who I was and then aggressively tried to grab my hand and squeeze my fingers as hard as he could and I pushed him off me and told him to calm down. Then he started stating he was in charge and had been there for 20 something years and I report to him and gave me a rake and told me to scoop up the kitty litter. He is obviously high on meth or something similar. I went outside and when another church employee pasted me by that was in the church when I had the confrontation with Donnie passed by I asked what his issue is he said that he didn't know and that's how he is. I decided to do my community service somewhere else and as I started walking back to return the rake Donnie started walking by and started screaming that he wanted the kitty litter raked and I dropped the rake and told him to rake it himself. Completely uncalled for and the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. This drug addict has been running the community service for 20 plus years as he says then I don't recommend the church or the people in. Charge there.

We have been attending RMC for 12 years. Biblical teaching, verse by verse, Holy Spirit filled worship time, Bible study groups to get more in depth Bible teaching, School of Discipleship which is a two year program going through the Bible and being mentored by other believer, connect groups to share life with other believers, missions locally and internationally. This church is very welcoming to new comers, people of all walks of life that are seeking a real relationship with Christ. This church has been a blessing to our family!

I usually don't review churches because they truly are not businesses. But I was dismayed at the reviews some people gave this church. If the Holy Spirit is not leading you to a particular church, then don't go! But every church has its own focus on ministry. It's focus may not align with your focus. THATS OK! Find a church that does! We are traveling through Colorado Springs and had a free Sunday. We won't be back home in Phoenix for another month. We chose to attend this church. We found it to be very friendly and warm. We had a few people greet us and that was nice because are a bit lonely for our home church in Phoenix. This is a good example about how a church will never know it's impact on strangers. We appreciated your service. We appreciated your friendliness. We appreciated the sermon on Christ's dealings with the demonic man. I am confident that there are others who attend your services only once came away feeling blessed. We did. Thank you.
