Rocky Mountain Beignets

I love this place! Nothing like sitting in Manitou Springs watching the world go by and enjoying delicious beignets and coffee! Staff is friendly with sometimes a hint of the Louisianan accent.

We wanted something sweet like donuts and we saw beignets. This place hit the spot. Their beignets were so good coming fresh from the fryer. They had a lot of powdered sugar and we got one of each sauce to try them out. Next best thing besides going to New Orleans.

If you only make one stop in Manitou Springs, I would highly recommend it be RMB!The beignets are the freshest I've ever had. Service is great. They have plenty of outdoor seating.

Oooooo BABY these are so good. The beignets are so warm fresh and delicious. Hit the spot on a chilly day. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat when you are in town. The girl working the register was very sweet too and the place is quaint and cute!

Was here in Denver for a friends wedding and we got a tour on our stay. Part of the tour was stopping by this town. We stopped for an hour or so and we decided to go grab some local eats. This is right off the main road of the town. Upon entering music is playing low and there are a bunch of decorations all around. At the time of review 3 Beignets for 6.50There is Indoor and outdoor seating. 3 and 4 tops inside and a 2 and 3 tops outside. So the beignets here are 100000% great! It has great texture/slight crispness and softness interior wise. The powdered sugar filled the bag. These were eaten quickly and done before I knew it. It just tasted great and hit the spot. These beignets are in my top 3 in my book. Like if I was ever in Denver again for any reason. I would drive here for these.

The regular big beignets were phenomenal!!! This is a must when here!! Definitely giving Cafe Du Monde a run for their money!

for the price, we think it was good :)) extra extra powder in the to-go bag. wish they could use a box since the powdered sugar spilled a bit from the bottom :'))they had cute wooden forks near the register so you don't need to eat with your hands if you're afraid of getting them messy. fresh and warm, super delicious!! the small cafe itself had a small little area where you can purchase hair clips, hair ties, rings, lip balm, etc etc ! v cute

Located in a very cute area! We ordered a dozen to share with the blueberry, strawberry, and chocolate dips. Loved how fresh the beignets came out with a hefty amount of powdered sugar. It wasn't busy when we went on a Friday afternoon and service was quick and great!

I needed to satisfy my sweet tooth coming down from Pike's Peak and found this place on yelp. There was street parking and it's around some cute shops to walk around. The inside is small and cozy and had only 2 small tables with some seating outside. With that being said, we snagged the last indoor table. The servers were nice and informative.What we swallowed:*BEIGNET BITES: These all came out piping hot so it wasn't like we could just pop them in our mouth. Once they cooled, down they were delicious.*BEIGNETS: Hot, crispy, hollow on the inside. What a beignet should be.*PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE: Not oversugary, this hit the spot.*HAZELNUT LATTE: Something was off with this, like maybe not enough flavor?Treat yourself to this cute spot if you need a sweet tooth fix, beignets always hit the spot. We'd come back next time we're in the area.

Great coffee, great beignets, service was fast and friendly. Great place to sit and have a coffee and watch all that is going on around the shops
