Rocky Mountain Academy of Music

The music academy is wonderful! I never imagined that my 5 year old would enjoy getting lessons on a weekly basis as much as she is, and that she would learn as fast as she is. Benito is absolutely great with her even with her (and most kids) propensity for wanting to wander around. Would definitely recommend!

Both of my girls, ages 6 (violin) and 8 (piano), enjoy their time at Rocky Mountain Academy of Music. The instructors are patient and knowledgeable, and the girls are learning more than I'd be able to teach them myself. I also appreciate that the lessons are not rushed, and they often go over the 30 minutes we pay for--a good thing when it comes to learning anything. The students aren't rushed and the teachers care, which parents and students alike will appreciate.

We went to Rocky Mountain Academy of Music after my son had such a bad experience with our first in-home piano instructor he was ready to quit. At RMAM we immediately noticed the difference with their instructors - they have a great deal of patience and try to work with the student's individual learning style rather than rigidly sticking to a formulaic "this is the only way to teach" method. My daughter is now taking viola lessons here, while my son has chosen to take piano and cello, and has expressed an interest in trying guitar in the summer. I don't think we would have been able to maintain my son's interest in music at all if we hadn't gone to Rocky Mountain Academy of Music.

Benito is amazing and my 7 year old has so much fun learning piano. He has tons of patience for children and obviously enjoys teaching!
