Rockey Art Museum

Great artwork on display. Lana was a wonderful host to us on our visit. Thanks for you visit Adam's Mountain Cafe and liked the artwork there, this is a must see.

What an amazing new art museum. It is based on the works of deceased Manitou Springs artist Charles Rockey. When I visited, it was open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

we stumbled in to the museum on accident while traveling manitu springs and couldn't be more pleased to have made the wrong turn.we were greeted by the museums caretaker and friend to the late Rockey, who took us on a personal tour of one man's amazing life's work. this was honestly one of the most moving experiences we've had in learning about this man's passion and love for art and following one's heart.please do yourself a favor and stop in to learn about this gem of manitu. this was truly one of the highlights of the trip.
