Brought his watch for a new battery. They're always polite and friendly. Left the watch there for them to diagnose in case it was not the battery and they were busy. Got a text that the watch was ready for pick up. Swung by and it seems to be working great!

The owner provides helpful, personalized service. I needed to have my ring repaired after it was cut off my finger due to an injury. She figured out the original ring size and ensured that the new ring size would fit over my bigger knuckle. I was so impressed with her expertise that I decided to have her appraise my ring, too. Now, I'm going to bring in a couple of other pieces fir her to appraise.

I had to have my watch serviced and I recently moved to castle Rock so I decided to give them a shot. Reasonable price. Excellent service! Even decided to buy a few things!!

I needed to have my engagement ring and wedding bands inspected and cleaned. I was expecting to have to leave them and return at another time -- which would have meant weeks later, since I now live hours out of town -- but they started the work right away. I was able to wander around the store and check out their lovely jewelry, much of it made with gems found locally in Colorado.I also asked about the gouges my ring bands had acquired over time through several years of wear, and they polished the bands up for me on the spot. =-D Wonderful staff, amazing service. Highly recommended!

A pair of earrings my mother (who has since passed) gave to me from her trip to Europe 30 years ago broke. Have repeatedly tried to have one broken earring repaired to no avail.Upon shipping a package, I noticed a jewelry store next-door and thought maybe, just maybe I'll give it one more shot. Not only couldn't you tell there were beads missing when put back together, the delicate wire was perfectly connected!! Everything I bring in the owner is able to help me with. I have had rings sized, stones added or changed out and have never been disappointed with the finished product. I love working with an individual versus a big chain store!
