I ordered a large arrangement from River Walk for a funeral in Pueblo. Unfortunately when the arrangement arrived it was not what I ordered. The Amazing Grace Memorial marker was not there and it was not even close to the flowers pictured on the website. When I called I was told they sent what I ordered but when I sent a screenshot of what I had requested they admitted their mistake and offered to refund half of the cost of the arrangement That was in early November. It is now weeks later and I have not received a credit on my card and on 12/3 I was told they would mail a check and as of 12/26 I still have not received a check and they are not answering my messages. I'm very disappointed with the service and will continue to pursue the refund I was promisedI just tried to call the owner and was yelled at by the owner I wish I could leave zero stars.

First let me start that I was going to give the lowest rating possible because I has the same negative experience as the rest of those people commenting on this establishment. But I came to realize that it wasn't the fault the the floral company itself it was that of a dishonest and lazy employee. Sadie, the owner was contacted by myself personally and was made aware of my particular situation. She expressed that this was not to the level of service that she demands of her staff and was more than apologetic for my situation. Sadie was so kind that not only did she replace the original bouquet of flowers and teddy bear with another, she trumped my order by also giving me anothe teddy bear with a box of chocolates and a small arrangement of roses for my granddaughters dance recite. Now I know there are people that complained, but I believe that if you had the opportunity to speak with Sadie those ones would be fives like mine is. To you Mrs. SADIE, my family really appreciated what you did to make this right and for going above and beyond our expectations, you will be our go to florist from here on. The Jones's

Just received a fruit basket from this company...three out of the 4 kiwis were over ripe and mushy, the nectaries were so over ripe the skin was peeling off.. they didn't even bother to take the PLU stickers off.., I threw half of the contents away. Very poor presentation. After speaking to someone in the shop who packed my basket, turns out the fruit basket I received wasn't even the correct order!...:

I was on my way into town (and running late) for my granddaughter's first dance recital, and even though the store was closed, Sadie left a baby shower she was attending to go make me the most beautiful arrangement of pink and white roses I could've ever imagined...and had them all ready in a mere matter of minutes when I got there! Then to top it off, she even threw in a box of chocolates for my grandson as well. You can't get better service than that...TOP QUALITY!!And Sadie, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my little angel's big day so special. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and was very disappointed with the service and flowers. I ordered late (just the day before Mother's Day) but I would've appreciated some kind of warning of possibly running out of flowers to prepare the arrangement and late delivery. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered because it was so carelessly (and desperately) thrown together. So disappointing.

Beware! I ordered flowers and candy for my beloved brother-in-law's 80th birthday. His birthday was the day before Thanksgiving. I found out on Thanksgiving Day they had not arrived. I called the phone number provided on the website and noted there was no mention it was closed on holidays. The call was answered by a woman who identified herself as the owner. I politely asked about the order... I understand things can happen sometimes. The owner was incredibly rude and mean and belittling to me. I am a nurse and have worked many Thanksgivings. I know many florists work partial days on holidays. I finally interrupted her tirade and said I had not called to get a lecture from her. She hung up. I am incredibly disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! There are no flowers, no chocolate and absolutely no service. I hope I get a refund.

Beware, I ordered fall flowers and chocolates on my anniversary and the driver took them to the wrong location and j didn't even receive what I ordered. I had to call 4 times and they kept putting me off. Not professional.
