I went to a Dolphins bar to support the Dolphins on Thursday night when no other games were on. I was watching the Dolphins game when some other customer two bar stools down wanted to change the channel affront of me and not the TV affront of him to watch LAST week's football game. The bartender changed the game and told me to move to another part of the restaurant to continue watching the live Dolphin game. I was upset and tapped out and moved to the other side of the bar to hang with the Dolphins fans at the big screen and avoid any conflict. The bartender didn't like her zero tip and approached me about the tip. I had been waiting over 30 minutes to order food and get another drink and told her that when she got all in my face but that wasn't the issue. She didn't understand why I was upset, it wasn't the bad service that caused the zero tip. She signaled the bouncer and he came over and told me to leave. I got up and was walking out and he started trash talking my horrible football team and how he hopes my team loses every game. It like he was baiting me to escalate but I didn't stoop to his level. As he closed the door he dared me to leave a review. I thought, that's a good idea. I'm at a Dolphins bar to support Rhino's and all of its Dolphins fan with zero other games on. I shouldn't have to relocate to watch the game so one customer can watch last week's rerun of the Rams. Hopefully she reads this review and understands her mistakes. So she worked 5 minutes pouring 4 beers and didn't get compensated for her 5 minutes of work. It's not the end of the world. Plenty of other bars that like my money and treat customers with respect. I'm done with this place for good. I've seen similar altercations with other customers in the past.Food: 2/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5

This is a versatile restaurant / bar / karaoke spot / pool place in a nice neighborhood. My main focus was the karaoke on Wednesday nights with Big Mike at the helm. What a fun time! The music is greatly varied with a digital sign in through the free app provided by Big Mike. For those old fashioned singers, one can walk up to Mike and request songs by title or artist to see if he has it available. He is a friendly, knowledgeable guy who will sing if not enough people sign up to sing. Whitney is one of the bartender / waitresses who is professional, proficient and friendly. The Happy hour menu is ample. The food is plentiful for "Bar food". There are vegetarian options for those who choose not to enjoy the burgers or chicken wings. This is definitely a regular gathering place!

So, customer service at this bar seems be iffy. I'm assuming the guy with the gator shirt is the owner since this involved me and him. I was enjoying my time here for at least 3 hours without any issues. I had a few drinks and some wings which were decent. The wait staff up until the moment the Georgia game came on was great! He started changing channels which I can understand but to have a customer who has been sitting there for over 3 hours for a game, the customer has on Georgia gear, and to change the channel and make a smart ass remark is unnecessary. Your bar, my money hope it works well if this is your customer service!

Wednesday night special is your choice of burger and draft beer for $10.. you can't beat it! And the burger was so good! Great service all around from their whole team.

Tried the pulled pork over fries and the Buffalo Wings. My wife loved the pulled pork and fries, I wasn't a big fan of the buffalo wings. Shots there are pricey for my budget. The service ok, it was busy and there was two bartenders so at times there was a short wait. There is a closed in patio sitting and plenty of tv's.

The workers were so nice and welcoming, this little neighborhood bar had surprisingly good food and good drinks as well as a chill atmosphere. We'll definitely be back to watch a game or grab another good drink. (Fries are amazing!!!)

First time visit Great service. Suggested the hot shrimp. It was perfectly done and very tasty

Steve, the owner, gets his motivation from using the bar P\a system. Makes him feel that bashing his customers, on the P/A for playing music, (instead of shutting it off, for customers not be able to play it) is how he "works the crowd". Steve when you read this, know that your children hate you very much. No matter what you do, there is a reason why you don't have a family anymore. Your only control, is that you are in debt with Rhinos, and that's the only place that you can vent your failures in life. Stop making the bartenders and waitresses uncontrollable, you'll get a lawsuit some day. They say a lot when you are not there.

I was greeted at the bar by a very friendly barmaid.The food was fantastic. I had fish and chips. The many TV 'S with many sporting events. The patrons were very friendly. I will recommend this Sports Bar. Oh they have pool tables.

The food was rough. An undercooked hamburger and pretzelBites with one inch of grease in the basket!!! The service was great and the ambiance was ok. Good place just don't order certain things. Great location
