I went in to Revolution Jewelry hoping to see something a little different, a gift to my wife at Christmas. They had a lovely Kathleen Krucoff (local artist) collection and I found exactly what I was hoping for! Corey, behind the counter, was helpful. Seamless transaction.

Preppy and high priced. Lot of glass and sparkle! Our "consultant" was not overly pushy has we looked at high dollor rings. Dress code is too high class for this good ol boy. Looking elsewhere.

They designed my ring from the diamonds we already had. It turned out amazing!! Everyone was so nice and friendly.

Five stars for me! I had a bracelet that I needed to get resized because I have a very small wrists. I knew I could've done it at home but I wouldn't have been able to get the cool little tail piece back on. Sidenote, this charm bracelet has a ton of sentimental value and I was worried that I would have to leave it there. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. The gal at the counter took it back to the jewelers who did it in less than five minutes and didn't charge me. Excellent customer service!

I inherited a ring and needed it sized and appraised for insuring. I was so pleased with the work that Revolution did on my ring. The young lady I worked with was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She sat down with me and reviewed the appraisal and any questions I had. I have purchased a ring from there previously and will definitely go back. Top notch.

Jennifer you have missed the point!!!! First off there was no urgent vs long term estimate given. There was no "CHEAP FIX" done. Bottom line was there was not 20 prongs on a brand new ring to be done. As my review states it was magnified and reviewed with my own eyes!!! Dishonesty will be the bottom line on this review. Insulting your fellow businesses is going to do nothing to ease customers minds.....a simple apology and a response from my phone call would of been the best way to resolve this review. Shame on you for not taking this moment to resolve an issue that should of never been an issue.....but it will put doubts in your customers eyes from here out!!! Good luck

My husband has bought me multiple items here and wanted me to see it for myself. I felt like they thought I was a criminal-every counter I went to the girl followed me like I was going to steal something. I told them repeatedly I was just looking and it got so annoying that we left. Too bad you lost a good customer.

Bought a standard strig of pearls for my wife only to find out she already has some. Took these back, unopened and they would only give me a store credit.IMHO not very good customer service.

They didn't want to help much until I agreed to pay the $300.00 deposit. That's ok, I went elsewhere. PeaceEdit: in reply to your reply, No Ma'am, I was told if I wanted to move forward I had to pay the $300.00 before any sketches were done or before any idea of what you could do with my ring was done, In order to talk to anyone further I had to pay. I don't expect anyone to do anything for free. But I'm not paying until I know you'll be worth the money I'm paying. Don't insult your audience's intelligence or mine.

Jennifer and her staff are AMAZING!! They are extremely knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful and kind. I highly recommend them to everyone!
