I am hosting a pizza party for our daughter's wedding. I have commercial ovens on our back porch. When I made a reservation 10 days ago, I informed the company of both items. Today, with 8 days to go before the party, they sent a text saying they are not currently servicing residential customers. 8 days before! I called them and said I'd pay a premium...they said "sorry for the inconvenience." No suggestions, no recommendations, but no service. I hope this is helpful to save someone from pain/anguish in the future.

I work at Bar i was having issues with some of my ice machines, This Company charged me to Diag and Service my ice maker they told me all it need was a cleaning, After 1 full month and Multiple calls back to the main office this ice maker is still not working, At the bottom of the invoices you pay it says its covered for 60 days... not even two days go by and it stops working, The Office Manger then calls me and tells me that they can not afford to not charge me for yet another diag and service... He then tells me that we need a new Control board to fix the problem. My question to them with no answer was, why was this not diag correctly the first time, why am i being charged for something i clearly paid to get fixed. They have not gotten back to me, they gave up on trying to fix or service our ice machines. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.They cant get the job right the first time and want to continue to charge for services even if they are under Their own policies warranty.
