Reservoir Brewing

We stopped by on a cold Saturday. I got a Rachel with pastrami and husband got the Cuban. Both served hot with Cole slaw. Grilled bread. AMAZING. Can't wait to go back. Wish they served Ice Tea...my only complaint.

Getting here from Pueblo took a while. But... it was well worth it! I came here with my daughter and friend. The beer here is top notch. I am happy to have had the ability to try them out. If you are new to Reservoir, I suggest the flight because picking only one beer? How could I have done that???Great place to hang out. Great crew working here too!

Stopped in at Reservoir on our way through down and couldn't have been happier! Great selection, friendly staff, and we thoroughly enjoyed our beer! I had the Pronghorn Amber and my husband had the Spillway Kölsch and we both had to get crowlers to go. Definitely check this place out!

Great selection of beers for Pueblo West. Staff was friendly and they food was great. Love their wide selection of beers on tap as well as a full bar of you aren't a beer drinker. This is a place you should definitely try if you're new to the area.

Best grill cheese on the planet paired with great beer. The Mike and the staff are also amazing. Our favorite spot to have a beer and relax as it has a great environment. We take all friends and family here when they come to town.

This place is a vibe. The homies working behind the bar were super chill and the beer/food was tasty. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cozy brewery that isn't too hectic.

Talk about quality beer and people. We stop here every time we are in Pueblo (4-5 times a year) and the main guy still remembers us every time. We haven't had a bad beer here. The Orange creamsicle and black currant sour are amongst my top five favorite beers of all time.
