Rescued Hearts donated over $37,000 last year to different pet rescue groups and animal clinics...benefitting all kinds of animals.Every single person is an unpaid volunteer. This makes the sale of your good quality donations go much further than if you donate to Goodwill, ARC or Salvation Army. About what's in the store. High quality stuff: new, nearly new like new.Sorted and conveniently tagged. They have quite a large inventory of items for your pet. From toys, beds, cages, outfits, seasonal stuff, quality chews, diapers for all size dogs. (sometimes dogs get a little excited and leak greeting people inside the house). Please go here before heading to a big box store or pet store...you'll be surprised by the bargain prices and selection. I especially liked their selection of sympathy pet cards. Lots of stuff for humans too. Good clothing, shoes and and home items, It's not musty in there. It's clean, well lit and stylishly organized. I get a happy vibe in there. You and your pet are welcome. Plenty of funny, inspirational and instructive signs and magnets for your car, yard, and refrigerator.

I was next door getting my phone fixed, and to kill some time I decided to browse around. They have so many cool things in there. My favorite part is that proceeds helps animals I need and it's run by volunteers. I ended up buying a kitty vase and 4 glasses. They have reasonable prices for all the cute things they have.

I recently discovered this place and they have a huge selection of very nice jewelry for great prices. So many things here for pets, from leashes/harnesses and food bowls to carriers and pet beds. This business supports Animal Rescue which is very close to my heart. It so worth to check this place out and there is also a sweet dog there to pet.

Absolutely one of my favorite places. I love supporting local businesses and I always donate to this place. The best part apart this place is that even if they don't sell your items they always make sure to give them to local shelters that might need them ( ex: springs rescue mission). They are always so sweet and welcoming and will always chat yo a good conversation with you. The best part apart this place is that the volunteers who work there will remember you! Since it's a small business too, they test every electronic item to make sure it works before they sell it to you! You can tell that this place is filled with joy and love!

I have been shopping at this establishment for years and have spent hundreds of dollars here. Apparently loyalty and kindness are reserved ONLY for the animals. I brought in my 3 month old service dog puppy in training (I'm a disabled vet) and he reacted to the resident dog (the resident dog is a very sweet dog). I was yelled at by the owner across the store that "That isn't a service dog" and "" Who is your trainer ". I was mortified. My dog DID react but he's learning. The owner is NOT learning. I am NOT impressed and I am sad to say I won't be back. ANYONE with service dogs (in training or otherwise) should NOT be verbally assaulted.

I stopped in here after visiting a neighboring business, because the mission of the place and we have a new dog. I am so upset with how I was treated while shopping in the store. My son was being whiny and didn't want to be in there, he picked up to items to carry around, one of which was a dog nerf gun that he wanted to get for our dog. We were followed around the entire time we were shopping by employees. And when we were about to leave we were followed to the exit and the lady from the register yelled while cashing out customers asking where the gun we had been carrying went. As if we were trying to steal it. I will NEVER return. You just don't treat people who are possible customers this way. There was no reason for the employees to take turns following us around the store or to question if my son still had a gun that was the size of him still.

Been twice and visits at least 8 mos. apart. Saw some of the same things both times. That tells me they are price too high. If people come in and see the same things it is not fun to come back. We are looking for stuff we have not seen before.

We stopped in because of a facebook marketplace posted by them. They had advertised themselves as a thrift store, and we were in search of a kennel. While I understand their mission, their prices are almost double of what I could find at regular pet stores. We pulled up and looked at their USED kennels and they were MORE than what a brand new kennel would be. The staff was kind and welcomed us in, asked us what we needed and when I told the guy, he looked stunned about the pricing. Does someone not price compare before putting a sticker on it? Feels like highway robbery advertising as a thrift store when in the realm of pet items, it really isn't.
