Called them to check if they had a particular bike rack in stock since their CA outlets were out of stock. Initially spoke with a guy named Marvin who was very helpful. He told me if I ordered via their online website, he would ensure the order was sent out the same day. I placed the order and then called back to give them my order # and spoke with a guy named Jake. Marvin was busy, but Jake said he'd take care of my order. My order was picked and shipped the same day and I received UPS tracking information. Since I wanted the rack for an upcoming trip 8 days later, timing was important to me. I can't wait to get my new swing away bike rack. Wow - such great customer service! You guys rock!
