Everything here is amazing, the food the service and the ambiance. The The ambiance is great when you walk in you can see all the ingredients that you have in your meal and the set is great is all they ask for is your order and a tip then they get strait to work on your order and have it done in 10 mins. The food is great and the money is great for how big the bowls are and the drinks. Thank you for coming to Colorado Springs and we hope you never leave eat there daily.

I feel bad updating the review during the pandemic because I feel like places are struggling with staffing. That being said, we are also consumers during the pandemic when the cost of items is going up. When you're dropping $10 on a smoothie, you want it to be good.I just got a smoothie today. PB&H, which is what I always get. It tasted flavorless.That's the only way I can describe it. It didn't taste like PB or honey or bananas or strawberries. It just fell flat and while the consistency was good, the flavor was meh. If this was my first visit, I would return. I'm hoping it's just a fluke and do plan to go back to find out. Though if the next one tastes the same, I think I'd have to rule this spot out.

I found a coupon for Qwench in the mail and was in the area so thought I'd stop by. Very cute and modern interior! I believe the price was around $13 for an acai bowl and $11 with the coupon, which shocked me until they handed me the HUGE bowl! I ended up saving it for the next morning's breakfast, but I don't recommend doing that as it got very soupy. These are yummy! I wish they would've added more into the mixture but not bad with a coupon!

How disappointing!I expected an ok açaí bowl, nothing amazing but reasonable. What I got fell WAY short. Essentially I got a bowl of açaí soup with strawberries and bananas mixed in. It was the most pitiful looking bowl I have ever seen, I really don't know how the guy behind the counter with the black mustache could serve it. He jammed the lid on and slid it over like it was fine, liquid dripping out the sides. The strawberries were still frozen once I'd get to them floating in the goop, just overall the WORST açaí bowl I have ever had. Sad

Purchased $50 in Gift cards December of 2024. My son and his friends go to Quench quite often for lunch. Today he tried to use the gift card was told he couldnt since they were under new ownership however same franchise and name. Pretty crappy business model not honoring gift cards for the same franchise and also jacking up prices. I would understand if it was now a differnt company however it is not. They will no longer be patronizing this business and will not be recommending it to anyone!
