I really enjoy the professionalism of the front manager, Aly. She is always smiling and is very helpful. The estheticians, specifically Janelle and Madi provide the best facials. My daughter and I have been going to Pure Spa for a couple of years now and I couldn't be more pleased with the services. Do not under any circumstances use this business. They will not give refunds (a fact that as of May 2, 2024, is not on their website at all) so once you give them your money, you're out of luck. Even better, when you least expect it, they will begin making unauthorized monthly charges on whatever card you paid them with. They're currently taking $69 a month from me, and I didn't even notice it until my statement arrived today. I had no reason to check as our business was concluded, but apparently Pure Spa is hurting for cash and will take it from anyone stupid enough to do business with them. My initial--and only authorized transaction--was back in September of 2023. But that's okay. Depending on what the police department says, I can always find a lawyer.Stay away.

I've been coming here for a little over a year now. Everyone is kind and friendly from the moment you walk in the front door. It is clean and relaxing. Sha'wana is my go to for facials, always has me feeling relaxed after and my skin glowing. I adore Michael for my massages. He listens to my concerns and takes his time. Poor, poor customer service and horrible employers. I booked a 90 minute Swedish massage on May 6, 2021 thru their app and paid $115. The money was pulled from my debt card immediately. The massage was scheduled for May 13th with my best friend and the only person who I will let touch my body as I am very self-conscious and embarrassed. On May 11th I was called by Pure Spa asking me to reschedule with someone else because my friend wouldn't be there. I was a little confused because my friend was right by me when I booked the appt. I tried calling my friend but couldn't get ahold of her. The lady at the front desk asked me to reschedule with someone else and hung up on me. I called her back and asked her why she hung up on me and she laughed and said she didn't mean to. She then told me she had to talk to her manager about a refund and would call me back later in the evening. I never heard anything back on the evening of May 11th. I called them on May 12th to find out what was going on and they told me that my friend was no longer with the company and the owner had not approved my refund yet. I immediately called my friend. She has been very sick and was not able to answer the day before. She told me she wasn't sure what was going on and why they were rescheduling me she had no knowledge she had been let go. I finally received a call from the office manager and she informed me that the best they could do for a refund was products or a gift card. 1st off I do not use their products as I use mary kay and 2nd what is a gift card gonna do me any good if the one massage therapist I go to isn't there? Their cancellation policy is 24 hours with a full refund. I will never step foot into this spa ever again. They hadn't even informed my friend she had been let go but told me this and now they are refusing a refund. I have never been treated so poorly by an establishment in my life.
