This place is easily one of the most enjoyable places in Breck to go - both for drinks and food! The cocktails are always excellent (shoutout George!!), they have a great selection of wine & beer and the service is consistent, friendly and entertaining. The food always impresses, especially if you're able to order the special rabbit dish! I definitely dreamt about that after eating it the other night. Also huge fan of the deviled eggs. The music & energy in the space is always the right amount, making everyone feel right at home & comfortable. Definitely worth checking out and making it a regular stop in Breck!

We were wandering down Main Street in beautiful Breckenridge shivering from the cold, when we stumbled upon this charming bar, and it turned out to be a highlight of our trip.The vibe inside is just perfect--quaint yet trendy, with a lively atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Our group of 6 did have to wait a few minutes for a table, but honestly, it was worth every second. The place was buzzing with prohibition energy, which added to the excitement of our mountain trip. Most of us are die-hard Old Fashioned fans, so the versions our bartender whipped up were phenomenal, each one crafted with care and creativity--some with honey and others smoked, it was like a warm hug in a glass!We also opted for some bar dishes: their elk pasta, octopus tacos and basil flatbread were a revelation. All dishes were rich, hearty, and packed with flavor. My only comment would be our yearning for more elk in the pasta, but overall, am glad to have stumbled here it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy after a day in the mountains.

3.5 stars...Started out with a flatbread and drinks... local beer selection was good, and the crust on the flatbread was nice..For the main I chose the short rib, and it came out room temp the first time, but was delicious on the second try. Perfectly tender and served with mashed sweet potatoes.Ambiance is chalet chic, service was prompt and friendly, and prices are in line with expectation.This joint makes the list!

Small bar that has a lot to offer! Service is great, the ambiance is friendly and the bar area is very cozy! Drinks are a must! The Golden Remedy was my choice and surely did not disappoint! It's a seasonal cocktail, so unfortunately will not be available all year round. If you stop by and happen to see it on the menu, please try it! You wont regret it.Heads-up: its served hot!!! Golden Remedy: Cazcabel Reposado, Mal Bien Mezcal, Ginger and Lemon Honey

We are quite literally mind blown by this place!!! The food was unbelievable - we got the deviled eggs and the short rib and we are still thinking ablut it. Chef Olivia is a genious! The vibes are also amazing - upscale but relaxed! Which was perfect for our day i. Breck. Cannot recommend enough

The new prospector is a really interesting Gastropub in downtown Breckenridge. They haven't just changed the name. They've added some really nice food and the cocktails are definitely better than at the old establishment. When I think is really interesting, is there use of some different cocktail ingredients? In terms of LACERS and mixers that I have never seen before the Services is great and the vibe is definitely very cool.

Excellent cocktails! Under the radar but great music and super friendly service. Extensive list of cocktails, but there's 8 hand picked beers on tap, a solid wine list, and lots of whiskey to choose from.

Stopped by on a whim for lunch and it was hands down the best meal we had in Breckenridge! We sat at the bar and Ben made the most delicious drinks. The Whitehead Wildflower was so refreshing and Ben made the best espresso martini we've ever had. As if the drinks weren't enough, the food was incredible. We ordered the octopus tacos, fried chicken biscuit and duck ramen. Every dish was amazing. Compliments to Chef Olivia! This is a must try spot in Breckenridge!

Came here for some drinks. The atmosphere is great but the drinks from George and Ben are even better. If you swing through Breck, this is a must.

Best bar, best service, best prices. The bartenders made it an even better experience in the cold snowy days in Breckenridge. A must visit when in town!
