What is not too like about Ein Prosit? Funky atmosphere in an antique mall with a lot of interesting vendors around to peruse before or after your meal. A decent-sized patio that welcomes dogs. Good selection of beers with Pliny on tap from time to time. Bavarian pretzels and excellent sausages. The got-to-order for me and my friend's post-ski has almost always been A pretzel with cheese to start, followed by a three )(sometimes four) sausage sampler (Elk, buffalo, cheese brat). Salty, fatty goodness and some beer after a good day on the hill is just about perfect.

Unique stop off the beaten path! Came here after a snowy hike to enjoy drinks and a bite to eat. The beer is great and their pretzel was spot on. The staff was friendly and there's a small TV at the bar to catch sports.Only wish the inside was a little bigger for seating, as the 3 of us had to squeeze in. But sharing the space with other shops is a cool concept & entertained us even when we were done. Outdoor seating wasn't available when we were there, but I imagine in the warmer months, their patio would be a great happy hour spot.We love their other locations on the Front Range, so will def be back!

This is a fun place to enjoy a beer, hang out with friends, and have a light meal. We ordered the pretzel which was huge. Enough for two people. The staff was friendly. Everyone was having a good time!

Pretty awesome German beer spot. The sausages were really good and the beers were all pretty tasty. Definitely worth a stop even if out of the way.

What a quaint spot in the heart of Frisco! We had the pleasure of having both food and beer and both were delicious. There's not a lot of seating, but you order at the counter and can wait for your food while waiting for someone to vacate a table. We loved the extra touch of live music.

Love stopping at Prosit any time we're in the area whether it's summer hiking or winter skiing! Such a cool spot inside a bigger (don't even know what to call it, old timey mall?). It's always packed when we show up - waited in line about fifteen minutes to order and food came out in 30 minutes but we grabbed a table outside and were in no rush. My friend and I split a 4 Sausage sampler (love doing this and tasting different ones)- we got the venison bacon and huckleberry (my favorite), the honey bourbon (delicious), cheese brat and elk jalapeño cheddar. They also have a fun mustard bar where you can try prosit mustard, German mustard, jalapeño mustard, or my favorite - honey mustard. They also have some red onions and sauerkraut. The choice of beers is equally as fun as they have a bunch of various imported beers - I got a Chouffe today. Such a unique and homey spot that I'll always recommend to others!

GREAT VIBE, AWESOME BEER, EXCELLENT FOOD, LIVE MUSIC!!!This is one of our favorite experience during our recent Colorado trip. After a long day snowboarding at Copper Mountain, we opted for lighter draft beer - Marzen and Dunkel (dark lager). Both were very crisp and refreshing! On a related note, they also have a huge selection of bottled Belgium beers (e.g. Rochefort, Westmalle, Chimay, Delirium, etc). I didn't order any that night since I wasn't in the mood for stronger beers, but it's such a "heaven" for those of us who are Belgium beer lovers! They have a wide selection of sausages including a handful made with game meats. Thus, we ordered a Sausages Sampler - elk, wild boar, duck, and venison. All were unbelievably tasty - unique texture and rich flavors! There are many types of mustard (5+ from what I remembered) to choose from. We happened to sit next to a local couple, who gave us some tips on "sausage / mustard pairing" and that made our experience even better. Then, live music began at around 7pm-ish. What an excellent job the band did in engaging the audiences! The atmosphere was so amazing, and we'd DEFINITELY come back when we're in the area again next time.

Pint and small bowl of goulash (soup of the day) $20.00. Place is still here after my last visit six (6) years ago and I'm still shocked by the prices. Service remains friendly. No real ambiance in the very small cramped space. Slightly smaller outdoor area for those with dogs

Holy wow. I am obsessed with the selection of sausages at this place. From traditional ones like cheese brats to more unique meats like rattlesnake and boar, this is the place to go in Frisco if you're feeling like something totally different. The German potato salad and marinated cucumbers are traditional dishes and they do not disappoint. I added both as my sides (they are on the smaller side, so expect that!). The boar and cranberry sausage along with the cheese brat were perfect compliments. One more fatty and savory (brat) and the other more sweet and subtle (boar). The hoagie roll is superior to the ciabatta in my opinion because it's toasted and more dense so the mustard doesn't make it soggy. Speaking of mustard, they have at least 5 different types of mustards at your arms reach along with a condiment bar including onion, sauerkraut, cheese and peppers to dress up your sausages. Highly recommend the Dunkel beer as well. They had other drinks like hot toddy, mulled wine, etc if you're not a beer drinker. The service was amazing, I took a little longer to look over the menu at the table and they came to my table instead of having me go order at the register which I thought was very kind. I did see dogs (very well behaved) just right inside but not many at the tables because they were packed. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will be returning over and over again!

I can't believe I've never been here before, I've been missing out. Excellent beers, pretzel, cheese spread & sausages. Love the mustards & condiment bar-it's a German salsa bar, sauerkraut, pickled pepperoni & red onions to pair with mustards. The beers are great, love love them. We had the snake, antelope rabbit, duck and boar sausages, all yummy, my favorite was duck - so much flavor. The boar was tender. I didn't love the potato salad, it could have used more vinegar. I enjoyed everything else we ordered and will return to try more. Thank you
