I went for job interview a couple days ago and they told me they would call me back on the 3rd of January but no answer back so I called them twice and they would call me right back . It would be nice if they call back and tell me if I got the job .

I had my two children enrolled and even though it was extremely expensive I was hoping that the education would outweigh the costs. My children didn't enjoy it there. I lost my job and had to withdraw my children and tried to work out an agreement to pay my remaining balance and they became unwilling to work with me and my situation. They demanded final payment and threatened legal/collection action if I didn't pay. Glad to pay but just needed extra time. In my opinion, I wouldn't recommended due to poor education, cleanliness of facility (especially toddler room), and customer service and compassion!

We have been attending Primrose of Castle Rock for 8 years and loved everything until the last few weeks. They recently handled two situations with my 4 year inappropriately and completely unprofessionally. Ms. Andrea, Ms. Jill and Ms. Dakota are amazing but everything else has gone down hill quickly. Children need to be nurtured not bullied. It saddens me to see how quickly they throw away trusting relationships without any thought or communication. Think twice before investing your money and your childrens feelings and hearts here. You are just a check to them. Very sad to see so many families and teachers leaving what once was a top notch school. Good luck Primrose!!

We have used Primrose for over 3 years now and absolutely love it! Our kids love going and we love watching them blossom. Our 4 year old asks to go to school, can't beat that!

They promise the world and deliver below average care.I took my child out, not only because a cheerful child suddendly became anxious and stressed every morning when going to Primrose, but also because curriculum was never updated outside of the room. (So you never know really what your child is doing if you want to track progress or continue work at home.)Additionally, I will never forget the attitude of the kindergarten teacher, when I went to ask the front desk for the up to date information of daily curriculum. I'm sorry to say, but if that is the attitude you have towards an adult (treating engaging parents as enemies instead of team players) I can only imagine what my cheerful child had to endure while in your classes. The damage done by this teacher is irreparable, and I feel remorse that I didn't pay close attention to my child behavior sooner (some of the inconsistencies were brushed aside for awhile, just for the sake of giving this "school" a chance).Luckily we managed to move to a public school, where my child is thriving. If your child is cheerful and inquisitive, please save yourself and the child from being heart broken.Additionally, well rounded education and building knowledge does not mean that kids should not be cheerful or that education should not be fun and the exercises/acivities should not be diversified.

When we first toured Primrose, we absolutely loved it. The staff seemed friendly, we liked the teacher to kid ratio, their curriculum was what we were looking for, I appreciated how they described their focus on cleanliness, and I felt welcomed because they invited, even encouraged, me to come nurse my baby at lunch. Additionally, they required vaccines which was a priority for us. However, long story short, our kiddo attended for 5 days and we ended up pulling her. Here are some of the reasons:-Last minute they delayed our start by two weeks so we had to scramble to get family to watch her since I had to go back to work -There was a snowstorm the day of her orientation and instead of calling to ask if we could reschedule, when we got there they let us know they weren't prepared for us and were short staffed and would need to do it a different day -On her first day, they weren't prepared for her as they didn't have her crib cleaned, her schedule which I had sent over, nothing-They never did end up following that schedule and did a very poor job of tracking naps, diaper changes, etc in their app-They combine kiddos in the morning and evenings which exposes them to double or triple the amount of germs because the bigger kids come in, play with everything and it's not sanitized in between -They send out reports about what the babies did (like bubbles or something) but it's definitely auto generated and they never provided a photo of any of the activities and whenever I was there, they just had enough time to feed, change a diaper, put one kid down for a nap, get another one up, and repeat. Therefore, I have a hard time believing they do most of the activities -They never even pulled her diaper cream out of the bag I sent so I'm not sure if they are sharing it amongst babies or what-Although I completely understand these ladies were just being sweet, I witnessed two instances where teachers were kissing the babies which we were not ok with ... colds, the flu, and more can all be transferred that way-While most of the teachers seemed very gentle with the babies, one was not. She was very transaction - wake baby, feed baby, change baby - and she would sort of roughly toss the baby on the play mat and when she started crying, she just said "you're ok" Our daughter got a HORRIFIC cold after just the one week there that both my husband and I caught and it completely wrecked our household for an entire month. We do not ever get sick!! This tells me they don't require parents to keep kids home when they're sick - their only criteria is fever. I get it, I might have been a bit of a helicopter mom, but my baby is my whole world and for how much Primrose cost, I better have 100% confidence in the care she is provided and unfortunately I did not feel like I did.

Our daughter is in the infant program at Primrose CR and we absolutely love it! It's such a relief knowing that, when I drop her off in the morning, she is happy and excited to see her teachers and friends. Miss Jill is amazing, and Amber, Jess and RaeLynn are so friendly...it's nice that every single time I walk in, they call me by name and know my daughter's name as well! This is so much more than a daycare to us...it's a great start to my baby's learning and socialization! Thank you, Primrose!

The school seems nice, but it's really not for active children. If you have a quiet child that sits still, then this school would probably be good for you.

Our son has learned so much in preschool at Primrose! It's definitely not just a "daycare" -- it's a school. The teachers and staff are great -- very loving and supportive.
