We had our son's birthday party here and it was our first time checking this place out. The kids all had an amazing time and the price was great for the amount of kids they allow. They offer packages where you get the whole place to your party for 1 he 45 mins which was nice to be exclusive to our party. The hosts were great and did a great job keeping the kids engaged as we had a large group of toddlers, specifically there was a young male there who was absolutely amazing with the kids he was in training and was the best out of all of the staff you could tell he genuinely cared about the kids and making sure they had a great time which was heartwarming. The only thing I recommend is making the area where the food is a little bigger, offer one additional table for the food and to let the parents set everything up 15 minutes prior to the food as the staff offered to set it up but had no idea what they weee doing. It's a lot easier to let the parents set up as they know what they brought and what they envisioned. The location was a little hard to find as my gps was taking me all over the place but I eventually found it. Overall we had a great time and for the price i highly recommend it especially if you have a large group.

***I posted a picture that has Nov - late Dec 2019 dates coming up!!!******I know the November dates don't matter now, but the little piece of paper has fun activities for the month of December.**When I was asked to take the little one, I was delighted! Of course I will! Then I can follow her around and remember my childhood of going to gymnastics. I got to interact with her but encourage her to do fun things on different equipment. She loved showing off all her favorite parts and the fun things she can do on her own. It encourages them to be independent and to not have fear like we develop the older we get.We got there a little bit after they opened and stayed until they closed. I honestly didn't think I'd have as much fun as I did. I knew it'd be fun, but I had a blast. It was $10 which was a bit pricey and I probably wouldn't go often, maybe they have a monthly plan that is cheaper. Or this town is expensive and I haven't gotten used to it.I don't know all the details on what they have or provide but I do know I had a great time. I recommend it for anyone looking for exercise for their kid and the adult walking around and playing with them.

We had our 5yo and 8yo attended 2021 Spring Camp. Neither had done any gymnastic classes but had previously attended ballet and Taekwondo classes.Their coaches were very attentive to the kids and their desires. If the kids wanted more instruction on any gym skill, they were quick to provide instruction and spotting. Some kids just wanted to play - and that was okay as well - plenty of activities that was just for fun.Our kids were so happy to attend 9am to 3pm, that even when we arrived 10 minutes early to take them home, the kids insisted on staying until the very end. They both were always happy at the end of the day and full of stories of the fun things that happened during the day.

We went with the springs ranch elementary school parents night out, and it was a good time. We wanted to watch our kids for a little bit since we just moved here, and don't really know much people. We did end up leaving for a few and allowed them to enjoy the free play. They loved every minute of it. I wish this location had better lighting on the road to the building, but I understand you guys can't control it. We did get an email about classes, and my kids really want to sign up. We will be back! Thanks for a good first experience. The staff there looks young. Are the instructors experienced if they choose to sign up for classes? Thank you!

They hired a 16 year old as a sub coach who singles out 3 year olds, who have trouble listening, which is difficult for 3 year olds. When, instead of showing them what to do, the coach (Abby) says, "They can just ask." This was pointed out by the three--year-old's nine-year-old sister.Abby berated her (the 3 year old) twice, in front of the class, to the point of tears. The other three--year-olds exhibited the same behavior, if not more so, but only our child was singled out. After we, grandparent and parent, got upset and raised our voices at the coach, Rachel, the manager's, only concern was for her coach, Not the 3 year old student-in the least! In her words, Your concerns are irrelevant to us... what happened with your child is irrelevant to us. Rachel stated she is only concerned with how we talked to the coach. This was after our many apologies, owning our part, for raising our voices at being upset at how our three-year-old was being treated. Rachel's excuse for the coach's behavior, was that Abby (the coach) was having problems with her dad. She proceeded to tell us that our family was not welcomed at their facility. If you value your child's emotional growth, and developmental well-being, we strongly recommend you seek out a facility that does the same!!It truly saddens us to have to write this review. We were shocked and are very disheartened that their primary concern is not for the betterment of their program and the positive treatment of their students.Anyone who works with children should have a background check and precise, observable training provided. In this case, it was acknowledged that this was not so.

My daughter had been attending P509 for a few months now and has loved it and has been in gymnastics since she was 1yr old and unfortunately today I had to pull my daughter from classes due to her teacher. Ms. Shanon who runs the preschool age class decided it was best to yell at my 3yr old daughter at the end of class while giving out stickers and tell her she is a bad girl who doesn't listen and that she doesn't deserve a sticker... at this point my daughter is now historically crying in the middle of the gym and what is Ms. Shanons reaction to this? She simply laughed and walked away. My daughter isn't perfect but she did listen today the only issue she had was when she returned from the potty she couldn't find her class because they went to the other side of the gym where she walked to and couldn't see them because they were in the foam pit it was after this she told my daughter that. If you have a issue with a child especially a 3yr old you should have a conversation with the parent not yell in their face and tell them how they're bad kids when they did nothing wrong. I highly recommend NEVER going to this gym unless you want your child treated like shit. Ms. Shanons behavior towards a 3yr old is unacceptable and it's not the first time she has spoken rude to the children in her class. If I had the option to rate 0 stars I would they don't deserve a star due to her.

In March I signed up for a trial for my child to have an after school spots activity with a friend. We visited and signed up. Covid happened. We never returned. Eventually they reopened, but the school did not. The school is 49 minutes away. There's no incentive to go. My child had a birthday and can no longer share the class. I asked for a refund. They won't give me anything back. I spent over $200 dollars for the class and membership. Yes, businesses are hurting, but so are the people. I've tried talking to them, but they've made it clear that they have no intention of refunding me anything. The best they can offer is a 3 day make up. I don't recommend this place. They expect you pay for a membership and class separate charges. Better be sure you'll get your money's worth before you commit.

My child is energetic. In a class for 3-4 year olds. The instructor had my child sit out for most of practice. But never told me what happened for the consequence. I'm all for consequences but it was only our 3rd time there. They love helping the students with talent but I felt for newcomers if you didn't have it then you just got to jump around with no redirection without the instructor being annoyed. A lot of instruction for too many kids in the class...

Both of my kids take classes here and we love it! The coaches are fantastic and the gym recognizes when more classes are needed and adds them appropriately. We also had a birthday party here and it was done very well.
