Who doesn't love some French fried goodness? We were at brewery stop #3 for the day (StoryBook Brewing Company) and Potato Potato was parked outside on the back patio. We weren't planning on getting food but it was staring us right in the face so we really had no choice. After much debate, our group decided to get an order of buffalo chicken fries with cheese curds instead of bleu cheese and it was heavenly. Perfect ratio of meat, cheese, sauce and fries with a small number of limp fries (no one likes a wet, limp fry). There's was only one guy working but he moved pretty quick and we had (and devoured) our fries in no time. Definitely try this truck if you see it around!

Highly recommend. Had the 'allen' with marinated steak the first time and then the green Chile fries the next time. Both were excellent. The green Chile has a small kick to it but not real hot.

Lots of flavor in these loaded fries! The fries were very crispy which was great with the green chili sauce. Nice and friendly.

We ate here on food truck Tuesday, downtown. The fries tasted old, greasy, and mushy. I think they were reheated. They also charge sales tax over the price posted, the other trucks charge the price posted.

Colorado Springs Food Guy found a food tuck with big taste. Potato Potato knows how to cook a spud. I had the Carne Asada Fries and it was like having a burrito without the wrap. All toppings were made with fresh ingredients like Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, Ranch, and Guacamole. The taste made beg for more. Takara took my order as Kevin talked about their natural cut fries. He told me that meat was fresh and potatoes were cut to order. The staff is friendly and upbeat. If you are in the mood for fries, make it a meal at Potato Potato and tell Kevin I sent you.

Love these guys! They'll always, always respond to you on twitter (@potatopotato). Poutine is their staple--thick, Belgian cut frites with gravy and fresh cheese curds that melt just enough before you chow down on them. Their daily specials are awesome, too. Be warned, though--the specials sell out QUICK. They can be found parked in front of a number of brewers around Colorado Springs and they update their twitter daily so you know where to find them. Local gold!

I am beyond impressed with this place! Absolutely delicious food, large portion sizes, and very reasonable prices. I can't wait to eat here again! To top it all of, the owner is genuine and down to earth. My husband and I will definitely be back for more delicious food!

Still here eating my BBQ Chicken baked potato from the Potato Potato food truck at Miami Lakes West Park on the 4th of July; so this is going to take a while (please bear with me)--wasn't going to stop eating and just couldn't wait to rate my experience through Yelp. I must say that when I first walked passed Potato Potato--along a long arrangement of food trucks and other food venues; of about a dozen or so--I was like, "Oh, cute(!); look a side meal with toppings. I need some sustenance!!!" The line was short though and the baked potatoes did look yummy; but I kept it moving all the way down the block along the arrangement. However, what I discovered was that the more I walked the longer the lines were but with food menus that looked less than appetizing (plus, I kind of wanted something safe and not mess up my stomach); thus, not worth the wait. I made my way back to Potato Potato. I placed my order in less than 10 mins, but I then too realized why the line had been short; it takes a while to thoroughly cook a bake potato--even in the microwave with so many orders to fill between only two workers. As I stood there, amidst some patient patrons and others who were "not so much" (like the lady who tried to butt me in the "waiting" line; attempting to get her order before me), I simply turned my attention to an electrifying fireworks show; and guess what(?), by the time the lights stopped flashing high in the sky and all the popping sounds had ended, I had my BBQ Chicken baked potato in hand. It was DELICIOUS TOO and far more filling than I had anticipated. Thank you, Potato Potato!

The fries and cheese were delicious in the poutine. I appreciate that they have s vegetarian gravy, but it was very vinegary. Not what I was expecting. I'd try something else next time if I have time - slow service.

The food at this establishment is quite amazing. The Allen is possibly the best French fry platter I have ever had the honor to eat. This locally owned food truck truly deserves praise for its Amazing food and the friendly costumer service.
