Great BBQ! I've been driving past this spot for years and had no idea. Hidden gem! Literally. Wow! Tucked away in a plaza is this little hole in the wall BBQ joint. Very small cozy dining area, but big flavor! Fair prices and good portions. I ordered the Trio (small) which came with brisket, ribs, sausage link, 1 side (I got mac and cheese) and a drink. Everything was amazing. The mac and cheese could use some pepper, or spice or something. But the meats were awesome! The sauces were great too. I got the spicy. Yum!Fall off the bone meat with smokey flavor. These guys delivered today. I only hope they stay consistent because I will be back.

Would have been fantastic to be warned about an hour plus wait for food. Mac n cheese noodles were hard as a rock. BBQ was eh. Dairy free/gluten free brownie was my highlight to be honest. Probably not a return trip due to $60+ for something that just wasn't it. Sad day because I was so excited due to the reviews!

One of the best barbecue spots in the nation. Amazing taste of the pulled pork and brisket. The bread is gluten free and tastes better than gluten bread. Pastry and corn bread also gluten free and incredible taste. The owners husband and wife were great hosts. We know they will be very successful. We can't wait to visit them again

You're probably saying to yourself,"gluten-free barbecue?? Isn't all meat gluten-free??"yes, you are correct. But the rubs and the sides that are served at this amazing little restaurant are also gluten-free! We saw Chef Joshua and Chef Shawn on our local morning show @livinglovinglocal and just had to check it out. Being a Texas girl, I have very particular personal tastes in barbecue and was excited to find that their brisket is moist AND tasty! most places in Colorado Springs can get one or the other... Chef Joshua has accomplished both. Speaking of the chef... He did a table visit while we were there and we found him to be humble and a lovely family man. His wife, Bonnie has created the most amazing desserts, Sammi took our order, and everyone who worked there seemed to treat the restaurant like it was their own... Which made it feel like it was all family working there. While we were there, a filming an interview was going on for "the best restaurants in America". They selected four restaurants in Colorado and this one was one!!We also had the pleasure of tasting the cheese sauce that they use in their macaroni and cheese... OMG ! We didn't get their macaroni and cheese, however we did have their loaded smashed potatoS which has pulled pork cheese sauce and beautiful pickled red onions, as a garnish. Definitely a must get! Lastly... All of the pies looked amazing, and the host of The Morning Show raved about how delicious they were, but we got the cherry berry and were totally completely surprised by how amazingly delicious the crust was, and yes!... That feeling was absolutely decadent perfection. Bonnie said there is one pie that is her grandmother's recipe, and we will be getting it the next time we are there.

Took my daughter to Porkbutt BBQ today....holy moly it was so succulent and incredible. Everything from the sauces, rubs, and 3 dessert options were all made in house. The brisket melted in my mouth. We didn't finish any of it and I am glad because I get to have more tomorrow. Joshua and Bonnie checked on us several times through our meal and Joshua took the time to sit down down to talk to my daughter (Celiac) about any feedback.

Hidden gem!! Stumbled upon this place on accident and we were glad we did. We got the combo plate to try everything with 2 sides and sweet tea. Very kind cashier, hate they ask for 20% tip for just taking your order, stop that! We are big tippers when it is earned. First the good: brisket was amazing, smoked to perfection the rest was good and in need of flavors. Unfortunately all of our food was cold when we received it. The beans were delicious but the coleslaw had to much vinegar to enjoy all of it. The place was freezing cold. We would definitely like to try it again.

The BBQ was amazing--I had the smoked turkey and hubby had the brisket; we both had mac n cheese. The brisket was moist and flavorful, the turkey was cooked just right. We tried the honey BBQ sauce and one spicier option (I forget what it's called) and both were delicious. The sweet tea was the best I've had since leaving Tennessee--especially with a splash of lemonade. The mac n cheese was a little bland...it was a good start but just needs a little extra something. Minor complaints: we were there on a frigid, snowy day and every time the door opened, the entire dining area was blasted with cold air. Super chilly but there's not much they can do about it so wear an extra layer in the wintertime, or do takeout. Lastly, they only use plastic cutlery and cups which produces soooo much plastic waste, it really adds up. When I go again I'll bring my own cup and cutlery.
