Por Favor Tacos & Tragos

10/10 recommend this place! The birria tacos are amazing! We tried 4 different ones and all were fantastic. Cocktails were top notch as well.

I found Por Favor here on Yelp looking for an easy, tasty dinner option while visiting Colorado Springs. The reviews and pics drew me in and I'm so glad they did. I'd give 4.5 stars.We ordered the guacamole app, Tinga quesadilla, Birria Burro, a pollo asada taco, birria taco, and a side of rice. The guac was delicious and you get a hearty portion (could maybe use a pinch of salt but the chips were flavorful and balanced it nicely). The tinga quesadilla was absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked and so yummy. I loved it. My husband got the birria burro and it tasted really good and the portion was generous - the only knock was that it ended up being a bit soggy. Not a big deal but would have been better a little crispier. The tacos were great and my husband loved the birria with consommé. He wished he had another one. A great takeout experience. Food was ready in 20 mins and was hot and fresh. Will absolutely return.

We just arrived from DC in the morning and we drove down from the airport. Before tackling our itinerary for the day, we did a quick search and arrived here at 11:11. They opened at 11. So we lucked out. Place started to get busy after we started eating. Good sign that people nearby think this place is a great place.Inside is nice and chill. Feels cozy. Our server was cool and started giving us the rundown of the menu and told us about the area and which natural park is good to go. The food.... Amazing. It blew us away. We already had a to-go birria place back home and we thought that was great. This place takes birria to another level. Loved it. I also had the torta which our server said that they did things a bit differently. It was definitely different from what I am used to, but it was good. Great experience and it was with luck! Really grateful to have tried this place. People are nice and friendly.

Wow!!! This place is amazing! Such a fun and great atmosphere to be with friends over amazing food and drinks. There aren't many places that are great in these areas that are also well-lit. Anyway, I love their Birria tacos. I've tried other kinds like pastor, carne asada, shrimp and fish and they are all good. My brother found the shrimp taco to be a bit on the salty side but other than that everything is spot on. I don't drink so I was happy to discover they can make almost any drink without alcohol for a much lower price . Their guacamole is good and I love the variety of salsas they have as well. You can find them with different levels of spice so there's something for everyone! Service is awesome too. Overall, definitely worth a visit. It's a bit on the pricier side for tacos but worth it.

10/10!!!! Service was great, food portions are large (come hungry), and the drinkies were tasty. We came on a Monday night and it was packed. Service was quick and we all loved our food.

Outstanding! The food is amazing, authentic and undeniably the best in Colorado Springs. The salsa is fabulous, the margaritas delicious and the tacos had so many great flavors! Service was outstanding along with the ambiance! Can't wait to go back!

This place has really good tacos. I ordered takeout and the tacos were still fresh when I got to my friends place (about 5 mins). When i got there to pick up my takeout, the restaurant was busy with all the tables filled. Seems popular. We got a bunch of tacos, fish, birria, chicken fajita. All of them were very tasty and had a good amount of meat. Prices are about $5 per taco

Can I get another order of...everything? Por favor? I can't believe they only opened July 3 because the service was immaculate and the food came out hella quick, even though they were busy and it was dinner rush. I will be back pronto. There were plenty of tables inside even though it's pretty small but makes the service faster I think. The owner talked to us for a long time and helped us decide on everything. My favorite was the asada taco and their verde actually had a small kick to it, which I prefer over the salsas that can be too sweet. The elotes was amazing and k loved how they cut the corn into smaller pieces. Drinks? Fire. I had the Paloma and would've ordered another if I had the time. The owner said the arroz con leche brûlée was his mother's recipe and I can tell. So good. Homemade house margaritas (no mix) and really really good street style tacos. I had the birria and Rosa helped me out. Family run and really great local hole in the wall style place with enough room for booths and table seating as well as a small bar in the back of the restaurant. Ill be back next time I visit.

We were led to Por Favor by the outstanding reviews and they did not disappoint. Food was great. Service was top notch. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. And the atmosphere was very nice, too. We had the chips & queso, chicken quesadilla, chicken fajita tacos and a birria taco. Highly recommend.
