Plaza 21 Discount Liquors

This is a neighborhood liquor store which has a pretty good selection, and prices comparable to the bigger stores' regular prices. However, they seem to have great difficulty opening at their scheduled time (10am). Several times I have waited 15 minutes for it to open, with no success (today being another one). It should be a convenient liquor store, but it isn't in some respects. I guess this is consistent with some of the other negative comments about their customer orientation. Still, it doesn't seem to improve.

This is my favorite liquor store, only because it's the closest one to my home, but the people who wrote that there's too much stuff in the aisles are correct. There is TOO MUCH stuff in the aisles! Sometimes, you can't get to a bottle of wine that you want because there are too many boxes piled up in front of the rack. The prices are OK and the owner doesn't seem to want to make change, so everything is rounded up or down to the nearest dollar. But get rid of the stuff in the aisles!!!

I used to like this place and shopped there a lot, but it had been over a year. I went in and could not even get up and down the aisles because they've packed all the boxes of wine right in the middle. I mean not just a small space, but you literally cannot get up the aisle unless you're 4 inches wide! There is no order to anything, just no rhyme or reason. It's like a tornado hit it. I asked the guy at the register how we were supposed to see the wine and pick it out, and he told me: "I don't know, you just do it." No thanks, buddy. Needless to say, it's a really dirty, gross place with boxes everywhere and I will not be back. It's absolutely ridiculous. Maybe they have changed owners?

This store has everything you need at great prices. I love the wine and beer selection. If you are an anti-masker then beware! They will call you out and enforce wearing a mask!

My husband and I love 21 St. Liquor! The owners and all the staff are super friendly! We seriously don't go anywhere else. Really amazing prices and a good selection! I highly recommend this business!!!

I was a customer for about 5 years until recently. I bought several bottles (wine, large beer bottles, etc) and the cashier offered to box them up for me while I checked out the Scotch. When I got to the register to pay for my 8 bottles, I found a neatly packed box. When I got home, however, the most expensive bottle of wine was missing - yet I had paid for all eight per my receipt. I called and made my case to no avail. This happened on 11/26/2017. Decent beer selection, very good scotch selection, handy location, fairly nice people. But that missing bottle of wine - having trouble getting past that one. So, I'm out.

This has been my family liquor store for over 5 years. Ive always had polite intentions and no issues. I walked in today and the clerk told me to leave and never come back. I thought he was joking. He was not. No reason. Me and my entire family are never going to set foot again don't you worry. I don't know if he had me confused but I fell very disrespected and he couldn't even find a reason to tell me why. Avoid this crook.

Great staff and inventory! However, management should invest in a new sign. I tried to send our out of town guests and new neighbors to Plaza, but they were seriously turned off by the run down exterior and rusty sign. This is such a great location, wish owners cared more about appearance!

Great staff, great selection, great prices! I'm a bourbon guy and the staff is always quick to recognize me when I enter and share any new or allocated whiskeys they have. Very knowledgeable and great to talk bourbon with!

VERY RUDE TO MY ELDERLY GRANDMOTHER!!! She asked for help with some wines and the workers were so incredibly rude to her. I could not believe my ears!! I will never go back to this place and I suggest if you have any questions, or need any help at all, you don't either! Such disrespectful workers!
