This was a perfect place for my 2 year old. I signed up for safari soccer for my 2 year old. It was great! Coach Conner was great with my active boy! Age appropriate, I never had any problems , bathroom and gym were clean. Would recommend.

I am surprised on some of the reviews about Pins. I just love watching the coaches teach volleyball skills to our young athletes A big shout out to Karen and Chris also , I moved here 10years ago and could never find a place to play and develop my skills as an older athlete. I drive one hour to play at this facility. I always look foward to playing and meeting so many amazing young ladies I highly recommend PINs. I love the staff , the competition , our young players and the facility.

The staff are over the top unprofessional and rude. The facility has no heat. The place is filthy. The ceiling is dripping water on the floor during the the game.

I strongly advise against enrolling your child in this volleyball club. My daughter's first day was a disaster she came home in tears because of the coaches harsh treatment. The coaches are unreasonably demanding and unforgiving, criticizing children for minor mistakes. This toxic environment is unacceptable. To make matters worse.. No refunds are offered, leaving families stuck with a subpar program. No free trial or introductory period is provided, forcing you to commit blindly. The uniforms (my daughter received an oversized t-shirt to practice in) add to the overall disappointment. As a parent, I expected a supportive and nurturing atmosphere. Instead, this club's focus is on perfection over progress which is damaging to young athletes confidence (especially as a teen). My daughter said she wanted to quit volleyball completely because of this, we could not find another club that wasn't to far or in their season already. It may seem a little dramatic but my daughter has been playing for 4 years dedicated to volleyball. These coaches need to treat children nicer rather than make them disappointed in their hard work and not put them in an awkward position in front of there soon to be team!! Avoid this place unless you want your child to be stressed and disappointed. I would give this place a 0 star but it isn't an option....

This is the WORST facility. I didn't even want to give them 1 star. I cannot believe the city allows them to host sporting events. There are so many safety violations: HVAC issues- NO HEAT (it's so cold- we can see our breath), plumbing issues, electrical issues, roof that leaks, etc. The staff is horrific- the female owner is on a GIANT power trip and needs to be replaced. You have no business in customer service industry. DO NOT support this place or sign your children up for anything that goes here! It is HORRIBLE!!!

I'm sorry but this business seems like a very (fly by the seat of our pants) type of "business." My son played flag football there and it looked and felt so unprofessional. Nonetheless, we finished out his flag football season. I then signed my daughter up for a sports camp months ahead of time and when I called to let them know I needed a refund due to scheduling conflict all I got was "we will call you back" no call.... So I called back a week later only to be told "we don't do refunds, sorry" I'm sorry but when I pay over $200 MONTHS in advance and then give months in advance notice we need to cancel you should refund. I don't care about the policy you make up as owners, it's called doing good business and having courtesy. Instead I have this credit on my account with a business I'd rather never have anything to do with ever again. Principals over policies.

This facility is the worst facility I have ever been to in 7 years of my daughters playing volleyball. The people who run the sporting events are rude and condescending. The woman in charge of the volleyball events walks around and yells at parents to not stand here or not sit there. She even took a parent's purse who was standing in an open area not blocking anyone's view and the manager woman demanded that she should be able to take a picture of the parents' drivers license. The woman was not blocking any one's view and was just quietly trying to watch her daughter play volleyball and the manager woman wanted to kick this mom out of the event. I'm appalled that organizations even let this place hold sporting events.

As if Covid hadn't made us struggle enough. PINS choose to take it a step further and not allow our parents to enter the facility to watch our daughters VB games because we posted an honest OPINION online! What an appalling excuse for professionalism. Down right hypocritical discrimination. In being honest about they're facility and the way they treat you online causes one to be expelled from the joy of watching your children playing the game they love...I'm sure the City & code enforcement would love to see the liability that they face knowing this facility has no working heat in the winter. Along with countless electrical violations that could shock & potential seriously injure or kill someone. Someone needs to stop by and do another walk through on all of their code violations before it's too late.
