Planet Granite

Planet Granite was very easy to work with. We loved going out to the yard and picking out granite. The installers were very nice and worked hard. After they left we found a crack in the granite in the kitchen. They sent someone up later to repair it.

Super professional, and even with a wonderful show room, they still have the best prices in town. Really enjoyed working with the team there and look forward to using them again.

Blindsided, and over charged. Had an appointment to get an estimate to have kitchen granite countertops deep cleaned, polished, and sealed. The expectation was just that, get an estimate, then if OK book a service date. The guy showed up on time, looked over the granite, and said he'd get started, right then. Was unable to give a quote (office will set the price after work is done). Original estimate from the office was $350-$400. In less than 15 minutes the guy was done. Sprayed the granite with something 9a cleaner?), ran a razor blade over the wet granite. Wiped the granite down. By hand, applied the liquid seal. And was done. Later the bill came in at $500. We complained, and was never offered a more appropriate price for 15 minutes of hand cleaning and sealing.

PG is an innovator in the world of solid surfaces for countertops. Huge direct mill purchasing power allows a deep inventory even in these pandemic times. They provided quality product, safe deliver of materials, and never shipped late for two major plants where I was responsible for all supply chain strategies. Great service and amazing array of products. Best in the area!

Hi Folks,I am updating my review, after my 2 star rating my salesman Ash, went to bat and got us in the schedule for this week. The 2 star rating I originally posted last week was based on being pushed out to 3 weeks for an install after our granite broke and couldn't be installed on the original day. Mike and Caleb who did the install today were great young men that did a good job and took extra time to make sure everything was right and that we were happy with the work.I appreciate the efforts to set things right.

Plant Granite just installed our kitchen granite. From the salesman, Mack to the incredible installer Gabe and Keion incredible quality installation, thorough, conscientious, customer service oriented and very knowledgeable.They were on time and did an outstanding job.

Unwilling to correct their mistakes and extremely unprofessional when we attempted to problem solve. We were planning on two bathrooms to renovate and Annette was initially very invested in helping us find exactly the right match. We found the perfect piece that fit our house beautifully. That is when the problems started. When it came time to sign the paperwork, the estimate soared from $1400 to over $2100, and they changed the paperwork 3x in such a rush, that they put in the wrong size and shape of sink. Not only a bait and switch, but square vs round, small vs large. (Which also added to the cost). Come installation time, the installers show up with our beautiful slab, cut for large square sinks rather than the small round sinks that were going to match the styles in the rest of the home. When we called to try to figure out the issue, the salespeople were rude and nearly shouting at us that since the paperwork said square, we were to blame. They even denied meeting me, when I went to the yard to look at slabs. Now, the only option they will give is to install the wrongly cut slab or have us spend even more money buying a new one. Will never be recommending this place to anyone doing a home remodel.

I highly recommend Planet Granite! I have been remodeling my home including the kitchen and 3 bathrooms with a total of 4 vanities. My contractor and plumber don't show and have put my project 4-weeks behind which is costing me so much money. Let me tell you how incredibly accommodating and kind that Planet Granite has been to me. The kitchen cabinets I had installed are horrible, cheap, and I am having to pay for new cabinets. Planet Granite is helping me with rescheduling and re-measuring my kitchen, yet they will proceed with my bathrooms. To help me, Mac is waiving the extra fees for re-measuring and 2-different installation dates. Thank heavens as I've had no kitchen for 9 weeks or bathroom sinks/countertops in this house for over 3 weeks. Also, you should know I went to every other place in COS that sells and cuts stone countertops. Planet Granite is the only place that greeted me every time I came into the store, they answered my questions, and found out answers if they did not know the answer. Michael Smith is my salesperson, and he has been so nice a patient with my changes as well as helping me with colors as I have some color blindness. There were several times I came into the store forgetting Michael was off, yet the other salespeople still helped me. There is really a team here and honest to goodness every single time I came to the store the whole team from the front desk to the sales team were/are incredibly nice and helpful. If you want a pleasant experience with knowledgeable and professional people to help you when you are spending thousands of dollars, I suggest you go to Planet Granite. The individual (darn forgot his name) that came to measure the bathrooms and kitchen (we will be remeasuring when I get the 2nd new cabinets) was very nice, professional, and helpful. And Sean in scheduling has been very nice too. Stay tuned as after my countertops are installed, I will write another review. I am excited to see my new quartz and marble countertops!

Such a great experience from beginning to end. Mac showed us so many wonderful options from high price to low. We appreciated him helping us choose the best granite for our kitchen and not trying to sell us the most expensive. We worked with Jarvis on pricing and the contract. Always available and very pleasant.Isaac came out to measure our templet and really new his stuff because the granite arrived with precision cuts and fit beautifully.The installation was done by Crew 9 and consisted of Ryan, Joe and Jose. What a great crew. The installation was done so well that even our kitchen remodeler was impressed. He said it was difficult to do what they accomplished let alone have it look so good when done.Thank you guys for helping to make our first Kitchen Remodel such a smooth experience.
