Katie, is just an awesome person. Walking in we were greeted with a big smile. We were there to get two items repaired and in a matter of minutes we were all taken care of. If you are looking for that perfect piece of jewelry or needing a repair then this is where you want to be.

Pinetree Jewelers is amazing!! Long story short, my fiancé purchased my engagement ring out of state, and as much as I loved it, my ring was not constructed properly. After a few unsuccessful attempts of trying to get it fixed by the Jeweler it was purchased from, we threw in the towel. It's now a year later and we discovered Pinetree Jewelers, the owners are SO nice and were able to point out the flaws in my ring without me even needing to explain. They knew exactly what needed to be done and were very detailed and knowledgeable in explaining the process. My fiancé and I are now forever customers. Thank you so much, my ring is stunning!

I was recommended by a neighbor here for a earring repair. I walked in and they fixed it right there with no charge. I was floored. Thank you so much and I will be back!!!

Long explanation, but horrible craftsmanship and service. I came here to get a ring cut off and re-saudered/sized. The ring itself is 14k gold with an Onyx stone. When I received it back I saw that the band was dented and warped where as before it was totally fine.. I brought the damage to their attention and the man apologized and said that they didn't realize the mold of the band was hollow instead of solid so the jeweler had clamped it too hard which caused it to dent/warp. Not sure why it wasn't noticed, as you can see it's not completely filled in if you look at it from the side. It seems at the the jeweler didn't bother to even examine the ring at all.When they called for it to be picked up they never mentioned any problems with the ring. I showed up to pick it up and the ring was still dented badly if not worse than before, you can see where it was saudered and no apology was offered. When I said it was still damaged the man said they couldn't fix it unless they "completely redid the entire ring which would be expensive" (even though they damaged it) AND he said that "nobody will notice (the dents) while you're wearing it" ? It's my ring and I noticed it immediately. I had to ask for a refund, instead of them offering any type of compensation and he kept saying "In our defense, we didn't notice the ring was hollow" ... The whole interaction was ridiculous. Instead of doing a complete refund I just asked for half since I've never asked for a refund before, I didn't want to come seem rude. HAH. Now looking more closely at the ring and interaction I should've taken a full refund if not more. Please be cautious with what you allow them to handle. This ring wasn't cheap but now it looks just that.

I absolutely love PineTree Jewelers in Parker. Kathy and Scott are so wonderful. During 2020, I started doing business with this local business. What a great decision. From repair to purchasing my husband's treasured gold chain. I will always be a customer for this local business and do my very best to recommend them. Today Scott repaired my Diamond earring while I stood there. So grateful for their kindness in their business.

I trust their work which is always excellent but mostly appreciate their helpful approach and customer care. Today I came in with 3 tangled necklaces which were patiently untangled. There was no charge!! Amazing!!They're the Best!!

Excellent craftsman and beautiful jewelery. I've taken items in for repair (which has always been fast and very well done) and I'm always making a "someday" list in my head for several beautiful pieces in the display cases. Such a great jeweler to have in Parker.
