Pikes Peak Trolley Museum

Rail fan and history buff. The staff were highly informative and personable. A whole lot of love being put in to the restoration of rolling stock not just locally, but sent to other museums too.

This was a fun diversion! It is not the largest street car museum I have visited, but it was the most fun! The staff is mostly volunteers and are always happy to talk about the work they are doing. We got to tour the restoration shop which is an old locomotive roundhouse. We talked at length to one of the people doing restoration on an older street car. And we even got to take a short ride in a restored PC C car.They have a number of street cars and rail cars in the process of being restored. I will definitely come back another time. I hope the can grow and continue to restore more equipment.

Great for kids who can have birthdays in the Cog Railway car and experience a streetcar ride as well as see a Polar Express layout

This a cool museum. The tour guide takes you back to the 1930's and you get a feeling of what it was like to get around town on a street car back then. Really cool. They take you take out on a working street car. Kids love it!
