Pikes Peak Paradise Bed and Breakfast

Don't hesitate- book this! If you are looking to get your ears out of your shoulders, and let go of the breath you didn't know you were holding - this place will do it. I was in the creek suite which was perfect for a night after hiking with its in room private infrared sauna. The bed- oh my word, I never slept so good in all my life. No toxic chemical smells here- great for scent sensitivities. Accommodated for gluten free vegetarian without hesitation. The proprietors are absolutely incredible people I want to be friends with- they made me feel like I'd known them and the property all my life, so welcoming and peaceful vibe. Every need and desire thought of and provided for. Calm, quiet, peaceful, stars, if you need some yin after your yang- do this. Oh and bonus Disney princess moments- birds and chipmunks and squirrels and deer- they love on you hard. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. Love love love.

This place is a gem! Anne Marie and Dane are so hospitable, kind, and their happiness infectious. We went all out for our 10th Anniversary - the local Chef James prepared us a delicious meal, and we enjoyed decadent chocolate fondue after warming ourselves by the fire pit. We truly enjoyed every minute! It's clear that Anne Marie and Dane are passionate about their new adventure, and it'll be exciting to see the place continue to transform under their care and direction. I love that they are keeping parts of the history of the place available for patrons to see. We'll be back! (Note - we stayed in November 2022 and any negative reviews listed appear to be from under the previous ownership!)

First time ever staying at a bed and breakfast and what a great experience we had! When we arrived, the owners greeted us with smiles and great recommendations around town. The house is beautiful with a colonial style and large white pillars in the front. As you walk through the entrance, you're welcomed with an amazing view of the mountains. The décor and layout of the rooms are set up in a way to give you a sense of calm and peace. Since there was four of us, we were given one of the larger rooms downstairs. This room included two queen beds (so comfy!), a hot tub AND a door that leads out to the backyard where you can sit and enjoy the views. The hot tub and back patio is where we spent most of our time. The owners were so nice and accommodating! There were two separate times we had asked to have the firepit turned on and both times Mary Ann was able to quickly start it up for us. For the breakfast, they actually have you write down your order the evening beforehand so they can have it ready for you in the morning. The breakfast was so delicious and ready on time. Not to mention, you get to enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains while eating breakfast.Thank you to the owners for being such accommodating hosts and giving my family and I an amazing experience while on our vacation! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a cute and relaxing experience in the mountains! :)

The place is fantastic. The owners are great, the food is excellent, and the location is peaceful and beautiful. We stayed in a room with a Jacuzzi and a breathtaking view. Highly recommended we will come again.

This place was great. Mary Ann (even though a buckeye fan, Go Blue) was extremely nice. She cooked an amazing breakfast, had about 500 movies to choose from. Gave us some great recommendations. Only thing I would improve was the sheets, slightly stiff for my liking, but the rest of the bedding and bed was comfortable and still earned all 5 stars. Would highly recommend....oh yeah, best view ever. Not kidding, things a dream

We really enjoyed our time at Pikes Peak Paradise. Ron is a wonderful and friendly host! The homemade black cherry waffles, quiche and smoothies were delicious! He's extremely knowledgeable about healthy alternatives to gluten, dairy, etc and even grows his own sprouts. We very much enjoyed our private hot tub, private deck, and chocolate fondue in our room. The entire place is surrounded by forest and mountain views. It's very clean and quiet too. Our anniversary weekend was just perfect! I'd definitely recommend this B&B.

My husband and I just experienced Pikes Peak B & B. The road up to the grand hotel is a dirt road, which is among the tall pine trees, and adds to the rustic scenery. The entrance of the hotel is a grand sight to be sure! Dane and Annmarie were very accommodating and soo friendly. The view of Pikes Peak from their property is like no other. We strongly urge others to experience everything the B & B has to offer. From the extraordinary views of the Pikes Peak National Forest, wildlife abound, central location to amazing must see sights and locations...this is the place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt as though we were with family, the relatives we truly enjoy being with. Jeanie F.

My two sisters and I stayed at Pikes Peak Paradise B&B last Friday night, and it was just wonderful. The setting is beautiful, and Anne Marie and Dane have thought of so many extra touches, from the welcoming great room to the refrigerator stocked with drinks to the comfy beds and linens. We enjoyed playing the board games, and the breakfast was delicious. We saw deer and birds from the balcony, and the stars were just amazing. Can't wait to come back!

I loved the place and they had a great breakfast. The views of pikes peak are too die for. This is a great place for a romantic getaway and to spend time with a loved one. Not a place for a family vacation. Not anything for children to do. It's not a bad thing either. It is a place where adults can recharge their batteries. Anne Marie and Dane are great new owners of the property and are very responsive to all guests needs. The cookies Anne Marie makes are awesome. Dane and her are great and good conversation.

We feel like we have a home in Colorado after making our visit as a result of the wonderful hospitality we received. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left, we felt that our presence was appreciated. The new owners were warm and welcoming, offered suggestions about places to visit and things to do. They opened their kitchen (full of complementary treats and drinks) and living room to us and provided us with a wonderful room with an amazing view. We would welcome the opportunity to go back again, as it was a very memorable stay.
