This was our first experience with an Escape Room and our family had a blast!! We completed the mission within 49 mins with one clue and did The Lost Kingdom. Now this was our first time and we didn't know what to expect so it was amazing fun. First thing to know is the neighborhood where the building is located is a little scary. The parking lot is huge. The building is tan/white and looks like they just painted it and the only one in the parking lot. The building itself needs major upgrades. The carpet smells like old cigars right when you walk in hallway. This has no reflection on the office you go into. Remember, enter from the back door and not the front door off Platte. You'll see a sign that tells you to head up to the second floor. I mention this because you don't want to get lost around here. The experience was so much fun and it was kid friendly and they loved helping. The staff was very friendly and even took a picture of us at the end. I would recommend trying The Lost Kingdom. It was worth the Groupon we got!Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Overall a fun experience! My group of 4 was paired with another group of 4 to play the Lost Kingdom. I think it's appropriately classified as "intermediate". This was the second escape room that I've done (the first one was in denver) and I have to admit that it's a little on the lower budget end in regards to the technology that is involved - but the staff is really nice and will nudge you along when you get stuck! This one is a little involved, I feel like it'd be best to have at least 4 people to get all the clues. It's a little hard to find - there's a big parking lot in the back. The escape room is in the big blue building, the entrance is on platte ave. look for the inconspicuous door and there will be a sign at the bottom of the stairs directing you up to the room. Happy escaping!

The most challenging escape room I've ever done! Our group of 5 did Death Row and it took us more hints than we wanted to escape with about 4 minutes to spare. I thought it was very well done and we loved the service! I'd love to come back to try their other room. You can't beat this place for a price of $20 per person, which is about $10 less than most places in the area.

Iv done many escape rooms and I would have to say this place is one of my favorites, Iv done death row and lost kingdom. I disagree with the person who said it was "low technology and budget", I think it has some of the more interesting props and things to do and doesn't look low budget to me. The owner is incredibly nice and makes the escapes himself. Highly recommend this place! Such a fun experience for everyone. I came with a group ranging from 21-26 year olds and we all had a blast!

I'm really disappointed with our recent trip to Pikes Peak Escape rooms. The building is a little sketchy, but we were looking forward to doing the Steampunk room on opening weekend. We paid a premium to do this room as it was more expensive that the other rooms, and we had several puzzles break. We got almost to the finish after having the employee come in to reset the room because one of the puzzles broke, and the final puzzle ended up breaking as well. After spending nearly an hour in that room we weren't even able to complete the final puzzle, even with ample time left. We all left really disappointed, especially paying a premium for a room that was "two years in the making".I definitely will not be recommending this place to anyone, there are plenty of other escape rooms in the area to check out.

New room doesn't appear to be ready yet. Room needed reset, puzzles didn't work resulting in the room being impossible to finish. The host had to enter multiple times but was also unable to fix the puzzle. Disappointing evening.

I hate giving bad reviews but the new room had several puzzles that were inoperable, had to have the host enter multiple times to attempt etc. Ultimately the room was unable to be completed due to an inoperable puzzle. The host was very polite and apologetic but I can not recommend this room.

Super fun escape room! We did Death Row and it was really creative and interesting. We've been to several other escape rooms in the past and I'd say this place is one of the better ones. Also, the service was great. Definitely will be coming back.

We had a blast here...had never done an escape room, but would highly recommend it. This was a team-building event for the office. We reserved two rooms and split into groups of six for each room. The "Death Row" room, considered intermediate, was a challenge. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and completed it in 48 minutes. What a fun way to spend some time with friends, coworkers, family members, and really use your brain. You'll enjoy this!
