Pikes Peak Chocolate

The ice cream was da bomb. Def tasted home made. Tried dark chocolate Irish cream truffle but chocolate was a little dense, however tasted good. So many delicious treats.

Stumbled across this ice cream spot after dinner. There were a few options that stuck out for me - including what was the Colorado cookies n cream. Apparently it's not your typical Oreo cookies n cream, but it has a chocolate base. Unfortunately, there wasn't much of it available after like 7:30pm, so I settled for my 2nd favorite flavor: chocolate chip cookie dough.First, those cookie dough chunks were something else. Nice, huge, and plentiful! Also, I appreciate a generous single scoop. This was more than plenty for me and I'd highly recommend anyone to visit. At $3.99/single scoop, that's a damn good deal.

Our group of 7 walked in in search for something sweet after a great dinner. Half of us got ice cream and the other half got chocolates. I can't remember what flavors of ice cream they had but I know their scoops were huge and they all had waffle cones. I opted for chocolates for the plane ride back home. I was a little disappointed they didn't have marzipan but they had a huge selection of candies I forgot all about them. The lady behind the counter was nice enough to give us a coupon for 10% off their sister store..which was perfect because we wanted some coffee. Great little gem in the middle of Manitou Springs!

Just finishing the Manitou incline and desperate for ice cream, we came to this place since it has the shortest line among other ice cream shops in sight. Got 2 scoops with green tea and strawberry flavor. Note, if you are looking for a matcha flavor, this green tea flavor is not it! Overall, solid ice cream flavor and texture.

Reasonably priced ice cream inside a tourist town on Main Street. There's around 4-5 ice cream places in Manitou Springs but this had a reasonable line and selection. We got the green tea and strawberry flavor; price and portions were reasonable and it's a good treat during the summer!

Had to stop at this wonderful ice cream shop a few times during our trip! Flavors were unique and delicious! Generous scoops too!

Stopped off here during a recent trip back to Colorado. Stumbled onto them looking for ice cream while driving thru Manitou. Glad we stopped as the selections were great the portions were generous and the prices were more than reasonable. Definitely a great stop if you are in the Manitou Springs area.

Great small business with outstanding home made ice cream! What else can I say? This little shop made the end of our visit in Manitou Springs just that much better!

I buy truffles here as Christmas gifts for family members. Always a hit! Easily reached in central Manitou.
