Words cannot express how IMPRESSED I was with this tour! I did the Gold Camp Road Tour and it was the bike ride of MY LIFE!! The drive up was a bit bumpy but the driver had phenomenal driving skills. I definitely wouldn't have been to able to do that myself. David was very knowledgeable of the history of the area and took as many pictures of me as I requested. He was very nice and made my tour one I'll never forget. I definitely will be booking next time I'm in Colorado. FIVE STARS!!!!! I'd pay double the price for that experience again. Thank you guys! Water/snacks were provided and I didn't want the tour to end! If you want a unique experience away from the all the touristy areas, GOLD CAMP ROAD is the way to go!

Piles peak tour is a great place to go if your looking to mountain bike and they accommodate to your riding level. I personally think I'm a legit intermediate level rider so I let them know and they connected me with Morgan to do the tour. Morgan did a great job. He had a great pace and took me through a lot of great trails for experience riders like me . If your a beginner, it's no problem. They'll put you in a group with people of your skill level so you can ride at a comfortable pace. The tour guides make sure to check on you every few feet you ride so don't worry about being left behind because you won't be.

My son and I had an awesome ride with their "single track experience" ride. Our guide, Austin, was friendly, very knowledgeable and an awesome rider. He paced us well and provided great insight to the area and trails. 8 mike climb from drop point and hours of downhill ripping. Highly recommended this tour for anyone interested in advanced single-track riding. Thank you Austin and team. Andy and Noah S., Alamo, CA

5 words explain PPBT . "Best Ride Of my Life"If you are thinking about doing this excursion?!? DO IT!!I am always late on most of my reviews but this ride rocked!! Brian which I don't think works with them anymore , but he was awesome!! I had the best times of my life! I did it again?with some friends a year later and Kelsie was the guide that time and she's great as well ! It was my first time going to the peak of any mountain! We started with breakfast that was provided by PPBT , they have us a break down on safety, sized us for bikes , signed wavers, and pretty much told us the do's and don't. On the journey up the mountain (in the van) the gave us lots of history about the mountain, when you cell would loose signal , etc. It's kinda frightening driving up the mountain in the van due to the curves in steep inclines , but one on the bike There's a gift shop "The Summit" at the top of Pikes Peak mountain. It's really neat and they have delicious donuts that are suppose to shrink dramatically if you take them back down to the cities elevation. I didn't experiment due to me stuffing my face with them! Once you leave the gift shop you are on the bike for the best ride you'll probably ever ride!!I do wish there was less stops on the way down but I do understand that there is traffic so we would pull over to let cars go by, and to take pictures from some of the stunning locations along the decent! There was this one stretch where it was the longest decent ever , I won't say the speed I got up to Make sure you take some warm clothes , gloves, beanie/ski mask, it was mid August and it was below 30degrees at the top of the mountain with snow. Once you go down a few thousand feet it warms up. Take a gopro to record or rent one from PPBT . I love watching my footage to relive the moment....

I love this place. The employees are fantastic (Mark, Kate, Axel, Etc.) and they are helpful every step of the way. No other place I would rent or ride with in CS.

We had a great time doing the half day pikes peak downhill bike ride. Mark and Marcell were fantastic guides. The views were amazing and we felt safe the whole time. We would love to go again the next time more family comes into town! My only critique was that the tour did end up feeling a little long because of all the breaks we took coming down the mountain.

Michael and Jesse were the best! Very professional and attentive to us before, during and after the tour. From giving advice how to breathe while up on the mountain, to sharing which places to eat after the tour is over, they were both very positive and helpful. They consistently checked on us to make sure we were ok, encouraged us sit in the van if we weren't ok, without judgement. I felt like they genuinely cared when asthma slowed one of us down. I recommend the bike Pikes Peak tour as a good way for anyone who wants a different perspective while seeing Americas mountain.

Ty G was our guide and he was awesome! He made our mother daughter e-bike tour of the Garden of the Gods a memorable experience with the perfect amount of laughter and learning! He made sure we had all the best pictures with all the angles and sat on top of the rock with us when we needed a break. He also gave us a great recommendation for a local spot (sitting there now!). 10/10 would recommend! Thanks again Ty!

2 Years ago: $98 A good price. Fair for what you get.1 Year ago: $149 Overpriced considering they put 6 or more people in the van for a 3-hour total trip. Gets them $900 per van. I was told it was because they switched owners. This year: $199 per person! $800 for a family of 4!! Not to mention all the taxes and surcharges. No reason was given for the increase when asked. There are many other options out there. Look around and you will find something much more reasonable!

I live at Fontanero and Weber where the wheel fence is.On December 6th a bike rack was installed outside my back gate. It is obstructing access to my property.I have lived here 39 years & under construction 38 1/2. I don't eat out, don't take vacations, all my money goes into my property. The yard has been featured in The Gazette & Independent newspapers. The property is an icon in the community.Pike Ride's website states;"Do you have a business that needs a bike rack? PikeRide can install racks for a fee. Pike Ride'sstaff will need to inspect the location prior to accepting any order."So, if you want a rack, they have to approve the property, but if you don't want a rack they have the right to sneak in when you are not at home and install one. There is a rack already 1 block east, 1 block south & 2 blocks north of me. Isn't this a little overkill? There are three racks on Cascade btw Tyler and Uintah. In that 16 blocks that's one every 5 1/3 blocks. In the Old North End neighborhood, the racks are placed on abandoned bus stops or on commercial property. Mine is the only residential property without an existing bus stop. There is a bus stop directly across the street from me on a commercial property which would be a more appropriate choice. The Old North End is the number one rated historic district in Colorado Springs and is primarily residential. The residential properties in this area should not be targeted by Pike Ride, when there are plenty of commercial sites available for their racks. Maybe they should tie into the existing commercial property bus stops, provide their own concrete pad, and make it a utility area.I just borrowed $27,000 to concrete the public right of way. It was an opportunistic move by Pike Ride to commandeer available concrete. I would like this rack removed. I did not spend all this money to provide a free platform for them to advertise their business. I have low foot traffic, it is a busy intersection, and is a main thoroughfare for emergency vehicles. Plus the fact they are obstructing a gate into my property. Their response to me was they have a revocable permit and they can do whatever they want, & that exposure is key to their business the more racks the better their business. It is not fair that they get to stomp on my dream to promote theirs.
