When I contacted them to put a deposit on a piano, they responded very quickly, and took my deposit. When I asked if it was refundable, they assured me, "we would be happy to refund your deposit...if you decided not to purchase it."When I cancelled the order, they ghosted me. After a month, still no response, no reply, and no refund. But I see the piano is back on the (virtual) showroom floor. I don't know if I'll ever get my deposit back.UPDATE: Shortly after writing this, I received a full refund. I have upgraded to 3 stars. THANK YOU.

I wanted to upgrade from a digital keyboard to a used grand piano. Found this store online, and thought I'd give it a try. Called & spoke to Rick (owner) and told him what I wanted. We discussed for 10-15 minutes and he said "I have one you're going to like - I'll put your name on it." I came down a few days later and it was love at first sight, the moment I walked in! All kinds of grand pianos, from petite grands under 5', to 9' concert grands. Rick was very friendly and patient as I played 12-15 different pianos, and he was right - the one I liked the best, is the one he picked out for me.The price and size and condition was right, so I made the purchase. Rick and an associate delivered it as scheduled a week later, and I couldn't be happier. Great guy, good prices, great selection - give this place a try!

The passion that goes into the restoration and or upkeep of each piano is evident. Brought my 11 year old in to pick on out for his birthday. He tried several and found the one he wanted. Owner was very helpful. We'll be back when time for an upgrade.

I needed my piano moved and the last mover had almost dropped it. One look at half a dolly on the ground strapped to half a dolly hanging from my piano - - and I knew I needed an expert! Talk about a diamond in the rough! We stopped in today, with minimal expectation, and were absolutely blown away. The service was excellent and they had the keyboard we didn't even know we were looking for. If you're looking for a piano or keyboard, this is the place.

Wonderful experience with Rick at Piano Warehouse. He and the team got my 100+-year-old console piano from my mom's house to mine (over 80 miles!) and was quick, knowledgeable, and professional in the process. His quote was more than satisfactory for the move, and I felt good leaving it in his warehouse for a few days to avoid holiday traffic. I honestly dreaded having this thing moved. Rick made it seem simple.
