Nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. Seriously. The food here is absolutely to die for. My wife and I have made a tradition of having Pho Sister once a week it's so delicious. The staff is always so kind and friendly. The restaurant itself is so nice to sit in and enjoy your meal. This place really has it all. Even when we order carry-out from here it's always spot on! Although my wife and I can't fix our plates up at home to be as good as you guys fix in house, it seriously is always so good. Thank you!

Ack! Easily the worst meal we've had in Colorado. We were a party of 8 and found the service very confusing and difficult. First, we placed the order at the counter (as advised when we walked in) and were told they would bring water to the table. 25 minutes later we stepped up again and asked for water again. They reiterated that they would be by with water soon. 35 minutes into our stay, no water, no food. It was very hot inside (heat wave) and my daughter was feeling ill from the heat. We came up one more time and they finally just gave us a small jug of water (which wasn't enough for 8 people). 45 minutes into our stay, no food, and we needed more water. No one around the counter to help. At this point there were a few more patrons (we were the only ones there for the first 40 minutes). We received our meals almost an hour into it. The food was really just appallingly awful. We could have forgiven bad service for good food, but this was just beyond any reasonable explanation. The spring rolls are made up of bagged shredded lettuce and mushy shrimp. The Pho did not come with any accoutrements (like basil, lemon/lime, bean sprouts). The broth was decent enough, but did have a lot of MSG as the main flavoring. Surprisingly, on the way out, other tables who just arrived were being served water and the plates of lime, basil, etc.!

Location is very sketchy at times. Depending on who is working the front, you can get cheated on anything extra like napkins, utensils and bean sprouts or Jalapeños for Togo orders. Past couple of visits the Pho we ordered was not the best but I know this location has great food since we had it before. Haven't eaten in since the location is too sketchy.

A hole in the wall restaurant in a bad neighborhood with pretty good pho, the broth could be a little more flavorful.

We ordered beef pho and meatball pho. It tasted very sweet and no beef bone flavor at all. Meatball tasted very tough and chewey. We are very disappointed at the experience. We dont know if we were eating pho or something else. The service and the staff were nice and friendly.

Small portions, high prices, decent food but nothing special.Banh Mi was very small, very empty, and not terribly interesting.The Pho has good broth but their dac biet is only brisket and round, no meatball, no tripe. Also, and maybe this is just because they didn't have the staff to offer table service, but I don't like having to tip for counter service before I have any basis for tipping.Overall a skip-able experience.

*Note: This was a takeout order It was a dark and cold night...you know that means I needed pho. I was driving by for an errand and decided to call for a regular size bowl of chicken pho (basic but a constant). They said it would be ready within 10-15 minutes. Fast in the takeout pho arena!They charged a little over $16 for a regular size (not large), so I thought that was a tad pricey. Heads up...the area is a bit sketchy because it's on south Nevada. Just watch your surroundings. The order was packed nicely and did not spill on the way home or after my cat knocked it over on the counter. It was also still hot when I got home even though I drove and showered first. 5/5 packaging The broth was flavorful and they gave a good amount of extra ingredients- including onions, green onions, basil, jalapeños and bean sprouts. (Plus the chicken and noodles). They gave a small cup of sriracha mixed with hoisin sauce- I wish they would have filled the cup up a bit more. Overall the process was quick and I know I'll hit them up again when I'm craving pho and craving it MEOW!

Such a delicious place! We pride ourselves on finding good pho in every city and this place did not disappoint. First, the service was outstanding!! The atmosphere was calming and the food was delicious! Would strongly recommend, looking forward to going back to try the other options.

I've been fighting a cold with a ton of congestion and the spicy pho really hit the spot. So much so that I came back the following day to have a delicious bowl for a second time. The staff is extremely friendly and the resteraunt was very clean. This is my favorite spot for pho so far.

We tried this relatively new pho place in Colorado Springs while we are in town to get ready to hike the Pike's peak. The place doesn't have AC only fans so it feels a bit warm inside. The ambience is quite casual - you ordered in the front and pay first before you sit down and dine with them. The server will bring out water.We ordered the combo spring rolls (recommended by our server), which has shrimp and stewed beef. It tastes pretty good but the size is on the small end. We also both got steak pho, I would say size is also on the smaller end but I was full at the end. The steak was cooked perfectly but the broth was clearly too salty so we ended up drinking a lot of water. Anyways they say lots of salt is good to conquer the altitude sickness so we took it. But overall food is a 3.5/5. I am giving it a four cause they are new and maybe still improving on the operational end of the restaurant.
