Food: I ordered an 88 oz (the large) bowl of #6 (flank steak & brisket), and it was HUGE. But I did this on purpose so that I could take it home and have it the next day. Broth: good, but not the best amazing beef phō broth I've ever had, but solid enough. Meat: plenty. They definitely did not skimp out on this, which was appreciated! Noods: plenty good!Ambiance: casual, no frills.Service: my server was a soft-spoken, shy young lady. But she was efficient and attentive. Price: very affordable and commensurate with portion size. I do love that this place offers 3 diff sized bowls depending on how hungry you are. Never have I seen this option at any other phō restaurants. They also have a cocktail menu, which is also rare at phō joints. Parking: Free and plenty of spaces as this is at a shopping center.

The bbq pork was very fatty. The waiter wrote my order down wrong and gave me a noodle bowl and no soup. Then he says oh he was able to take it off the bill at the end, like I was supposed to pay for something I didn't order in the first place. We got all of our food, but had no silverware. We had asked the waiter when the food arrived. Then ten minutes later we asked another waitress. Another 10-15 mins go by as our food got cooler, and then cold. Finally he brings us silverware. Waste of money.

I was on vacation and needed some Asian food in my system. Pretty good pho, love that they have different size bowls. Price is really affordable. Plenty of parking in plaza. Pho Dac Biet- rare steak comes out just right in the hot broth. Broth had some depth to it, wasn't plain. Goi Cuon Tom Thit (Shrimp&Pork Spring Rolls)- were decent, rice paper was a little more chewy than I'm use to. Pork was a little dry. Peanut sauce was just right.

This is another one of my go to spots when I go to Colorado Springs. My sis loves pho and she loves this place. The fresh herbs and jalapeños make our pho sooo good. We make sure there's tons of sriracha and hoisin sauce in our broth. We can't forget the chili oil either and have to request that.

Solid, delicious bowl of soup. I wasn't very hungry so wanted to get the small bowl but my friends told me to just get the medium. When I looked at the people on the next table, I saw the small bowl and actually I was thankful because the bowl was indeed very small. Stick with medium size bowl unless you really have a very small stomach.I had the medium bowl number 11 with noodles on the side and they did not skimp out on any of the ingredients. They still brought me a brimming-to-the full bowl with noodles on the side as requested. It was delicious. As I have noticed in my previous visits, they still do use a good portion of MSG (I have this weird allergic reaction to MSG when it is above a certain point and I definitely get that after I finish eating here. This time it was a little bit more, probably because it was the first time I have had it without the noodles. I need to remember not to drink so much of the soup, even though it's so good). From my previous visits, I do not recommend the fried rice or the chicken wings, but stick to the bowl of pho. Service was amazing. Our girl was totally friendly and did not make us feel bad at all for requesting all these additional items because of my keto, etc. Atmosphere of the restaurant is not a grungy old Vietnamese restaurant, but a nice clean environment with top-notch service. Our favorite place to come when visiting our friends in Colorado and I actually come here every time we visit.Keep it up!

Recommend trying their combination grilled noodle bowl. The grilled meats (pork, chicken, shrimp) were tender with a rich smoky flavor. Paired well with the noodle and crisp vegetable. The egg rolls were also crispy. Portion size was a bit small for its price. Service was good. Staff was attentive as orders were taken promptly and food was quickly served. It was a bit loud and crowded so hard to have a conversation. But did go during dinner time. Wall had decorations of the Man vs Pho T shirt for their pho challenge.

Not really sure how I paid 70 dollars for what I just experienced. Staff just standing around not paying attention.Food coming out of order with the spring rolls coming out last after our table was told they don't have pork for them. So all that was inside were noodles lettuce and shrimp. No basil no seasoning. Bun bowl was not great. 90% noodles. Egg rolls were cut so big they couldn't be eaten and still raw inside. I found hair in the noodles as well.Boba tea was tasteless. The only decent thing we ate was the softshell crab and even that came with no wraps as described. No seemed to care. And it seemed the owner was sitting near us just playing on his phone not giving a shit. Awesome

Service was great. I have not come in to eat at Phonomenal for a while as I work out of state. But when I finally came in today for lunch I noticed the lack of customers, usually it was filled. When I ordered my usual meal of Pho with cubed flank steak (which was not cubed or flank steak as I know it but thinly sliced with thick grizzle bordering) broth was not the same and tasted like it was not made from scratch like it was before. The shrimp and pork roll was significantly smaller than before and the pork was very dry. The peanut sauce was good though. I found out there was a change of ownership about a year ago and that explains it! Unfortunately I'm going to have to find somewhere else to get some good Vietnamese food.
