Just directions are inside of a mall so it was difficult to even find it. Didn't even try or attempt since they can't answer their phone after multiple attempts

Wow! I saw that this place had great reviews, so I decided to shake up my usual pho delivery order. We had the spring rolls, rare beef pho, and chicken pho. Compared to some other places I've ordered from this place was pretty inexpensive, which I always appreciate. The delivery came earlier than expected too! I also liked that you could choose the size that you ordered - this way I was full but not over-stuffed like I usually feel with pho. The flavors were amazing, and I highly recommend this place!

This is the second time I've been in this place. Love the food. I had the lomo saltado. It's amazing. I'm Peruvian and I can assure you is amazing. It's made with filet Mignon. Soups are really good. Drinks are amazing. Had the lychee lemonade and watermelon drink. So good. I'll come back for sure.

Oh my my my... where has this place been all my life?! One day boom there it is so. Just from walking by my daughter begged to go when we were finished school shopping. It's hard (ok impossible) to say no to PHO so we went. First impression, everything was very clean and well decorated. It didn't have the typical greasy feel that some others have in the area. The menu was simple yet had enough selection that everyone was happy! One thing that stood out on the menu was crawfish. I wanted to try some but I can barely make it through a bowl of pho so I saved that for next time.The service was great! Everyone was very friendly and our food came out fairly quickly (not too quickly though, you know sometimes you order something and you dang near almost finish your sentence in the order and the foods on the table... that food scares me.... lol) The food was de-licious!! Omg why did it have to be that good? Now every time I go to the mall I'm going to have to park on the other side of the mall so I don't have to pass it or just know that we better account enough time to stop otherwise we will be eating and noShopping will get done!! The broth was probably the best broth I've had in a few years and we are no strangers to PHO. My husband and kids and I go out in search of our pho fix a few times a month. The prices were well priced and I was extra impressed that they had a kids size pho for our 11 year old who can't finish a regular size bowl. We found our new spot! I would definitely recommend checking this place out!!

Even though this place inside Citadel Mall, you can forget about it. It's not the typical food court food, it's a very good restaurant. Pros: They aren't busy on the weekdays during the day, as we were able to get seated fairly quickly. We ordered the Vietamese egg rolls, which come 4 to an order cut in half. Fish sauce was good but don't recommend wrapping them in the lettuce as that just didn't work. Or maybe we rolled incorrectly? I got the beef and flank pho. Broth isn't like other pho places, this was way more subtle. But a good unique flavoring. Husband ordered the combo rice noodle dish. A nice surprise was how big the shrimp was. I was expecting small to medium, nope, these were almost tiger prawns. The big good ones.Cons: His soda didn't have as much carbonation as it normally would. Pat dry the lettuce before trying to put anything, aka the egg roll and noodles, on it. Honestly we know how to read a menu as we had time, but to be given a presentation we didn't need. We didn't want to be rude so we let him explain everything everytime he came by.Recommended? Yes. Prices are reasonable, less than $40 with tip. We will be back.

So I was looking forward to a new place to eat. I ordered a combination salad, which is decent but missing the all importance shrimp chip. We also ordered the Large special Pho, minimal meat, but the kicker is, it came out with cilantro instead of basil. I had to ask for the basil in which they brought out two stems. Fine no problem. The worst part is we ordered two Vietnamese coffee. It was obvious that they used the instant powder coffee and added condensed milk. Literally the worst coffee I ever had. I couldn't even stomach a second sip. I don't think you could pay me to come back to this place.

Food is tasty, service leaves MUCH to be desired. Our first time in, the server seemed confused as she came back to the table several times to ask our order because she never wrote it down. One person at our 4 person table didn't get their food until everyone else was done eating. Awkward. Then she refused to show us the bill & demanded money. Turns out all our checks were inaccurate. Second time, tried to order online but they had already closed, thus confusing the ubereats guy & myself. Third time, was able to call in the order for pickup but just barely. Server was once again confused taking my order. Each time was an order directly from the menu with no changes. Its all too much just trying to get some pho, go elsewhere.

We just got the rare beef pho, but the broth was out of this world. One of the best I've ever had! The kids meals a good deal too. The Thai tea was a bit sweet, but the boba in it was fresh and good.

Ok, I don't want to sound like I don't love this place because this place is our Go To place for Pho and is normally appears to be very clean. However, I was pretty disappointed in how they're handling COVID. The host greeted people with no face mask at the door and when I asked for hot sauce, I observed the waitress take the bottles from a table that just had customers and passed it right to our table without wiping the bottles! I didn't even see her wipe the table after she picked up the dirty plates!! Pho Bar and Grill, please take your customers health seriously!

Customer Service big thumbs DOWN!-Only wanted 2 boba drinks, lady sounded like she didn't want to even do it by the sounds she was making.-No sign whatsoever stating that she only takes cash.When we presented we was paying with card, she told us "Next time bring cash" BUT I DONT GET IT , she has a card payment machine right on the counter! Why do you grumble about not paying with cash?!?!-BOBA "tapioca balls" is not the typical chewy ones, tastes like it was dried out for a long period of time. The balls was falling apart and straight up not good.
