I've had a couch that Ron stuck me with for years, it's falling apart now. I was just remembering when I bought it, we brought it into my apartment, and it was full of garbage. Upon calling he said he could've sworn that his lady was supposed to have cleaned it first, so we had to bring it back. OK. Nice, that was no hassle...Ron gives the vibe of someone who has been released from prison. He's VERY friendly until you have a problem, then he'll snap on you. And he won't scruple from trying to intimidate you at any point.The couch he sold me is terrible - there's no way to clean the insides, and the legs have leaked paint big time into my apartment carpet floor. Think I'm going to bother Ron about this?

The wife and I recently moved to Colorado Springs, the only reason why we came here was simply because of the reviews. Ron was very professional and knowledgeable. We came out content with our purchases. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend coming here.

Peak Furniture is the best store in Colorado Springs to purchase your beds and furnishings. Ron the owner has impeccable integrity and really knows the bedding industry. Chelsea is absolutely lovely as are the guys that helped load. The prices are very reasonable and I could not recommend this business more highly. We are simply love our new Ashley mattress- doing business with Ron is a real pleasure. Something we need more of, a store with people with integrity that are small businesses instead of being lost and on your own in the big box type stores that are chains. Great customer service! I went to another, larger furniture store. I walked all around the place and not one person acknowledged my presence. I went to an other store, good service but nothing I could afford or anything I really liked anyway. Peak furniture was the best! I'll definitely be going back!

Loved loved loved this store! The owner is SO kind and helpful. They have so much great stuff at such great prices! All American made but absolutely comparable to the big named furniture stores that sell cheap products. I can't believe I haven't found this place sooner. What a hidden gem! When I'm looking to replace my furniture this is definitely where you'll find me!

Some staff are very kind while others are CLEARLY only about the commission. The ones that are money hungry and have no interest in the non-elite are totally off-putting. There are other furniture store options. We're seriously considering ordering from Amazon or Costco.

Ron is an excellent dealmaker when it comes to shorter term tenants in the area. He has a great team of movers who are always happy to exchange things in a jif.

Peak furniture is one of the most customer service oriented businesses I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The owner Ron was more than attentive to our needs!

To say that my experience in this store was negative is an understatement. This was the most uncomfortable I've ever felt while shopping for anything, in my entire life. When I walked in I was greeted by someone (not sure who because they do not introduce themselves in this store but I gathered that he was the owner because he kept talking about how he curates furniture) and I told him I was looking for a couch. I had about $450 on me, and told him that was going to be my budget. Boy, I wish I hadn't! The owner began talking down to me and telling me with that budget I would only find cheap furniture made in China that would break. I then asked about his financing options (they have a sign that says "ask about our financing options") and he then told me the financing options "suck" because of high interest. I told him I would just look around then and he proceeded to follow me throughout the store, shaking me for my budget, saying extremely negative things about the other furniture stores and saying he doesn't believe in discounts. I felt shamed and uncomfortable the entire time, because the whole time he was cussing as well. By this point I was so tired of being degraded and so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave, but I explained sheepishly..that I was in graduate school but I did have a good job so I could start with the $450 and maybe finance to which he responded "yeah well with that kind of budget you'd be better off at ikea or American furniture warehouse."Never setting foot in this place again, this was incredibly unprofessional and rude. If $450 is "too small a budget" the "Quality furniture for less" sign out front needs to come down. Oh, by the way, "Platte used furniture doesn't clean their furniture, they are a big scam, that's why they're the only used furniture store in time," according to peak furniture's owner!

Peak Furniture Sales is the best! We rented furniture for our apartment sight unseen and had it delivered before we moved from out of state. We shopped around before leasing and found Peak prices to be more than competitive. Chelsea was easy to work with. It was such a relief to arrive at our apartment with everything already set up. The quality of the furniture was good and we paid a little extra to make sure we got mostly new furniture. We're very happy and highly recommend Peak Furniture Sales.
