Food: 5/5I don't know what it is about their pizza but I'm hooked. Could it be its cheesy goodness, excess of toppings, or (what tastes like) a brick-oven made pie? I don't know but I'm in love. Tired of the traditional pizza choices (pizza hut, papa John's, etc), I randomly came across this restaurant and decided to give it a try. I've only ever ordered their pies from GrubHub (where they are listed as Papa's 3) and each time, I've absolutely enjoyed what I've received. I typically order the 10" (6 sliced) custom pie which comes with your choice of up to 4 toppings for $14.99. Of course, if you've read any of my pizza reviews, you'd know that my toppings are bacon and pineapple, with beef (as my 4th) for a little razzle dazzle. However, if you're not a fan of pineapple, you can order a carnivore or margherita pie. In addition to pies, they offer garlic knots, breadsticks, calzones, and anything else that you'd expect from a pizza restaurant. I haven't had the opportunity to try the knots and breadsticks, but if they are similar to the pies, then I suspect they would be super tasty. I 100% recommend this restaurant to satisfy your pizza cravings.

We had a buy one get one coupon. I tried to order online, but there wasn't a code to enter online, so we decided to dine in.My original impression was what a weird location. Google Maps was going to send us past the entrance, further along Austin Bluffs. The map on Yelp puts it near Austin Bluffs and Dublin! (I suggested an edit.) We turned in off of Austin Bluffs and wound our way through some closed business parking lots getting closer and closer, trying to follow the map on the mailer. We saw Food Stop Local 719 Eatery and I saw the logo for Papa's ... Ah! It's inside there! As we were leaving towards Barnes, I saw Doherty high school. Ah! That's probably where they get most of their business. The lady working there was very nice. Interestingly, since there was only one person working, we could only get one pizza at a time. We had the entire place to ourselves. The tables are interesting. I liked the purple paint dripping off of one of the tables, but I'm not sure how easy that would be to clean. There is an ice cream place in there, Dazed and Infused, but it's for 21+ and there was no one there. A container with freeze dried ice cream was $20. There were also some items that appeared local made (food and handmade items), but it was unclear how/where to pay for them ... and Spam. I like Spam, but was confused about why it was there alongside the apparently local made items. The pizza was good, but it was pizza. I agree that it's good as cold pizza. I might return to try their Boba Feta stuffed bread, garlic knots, cheese bread, or calzone. Maybe not the calzone, since it is about the same price as the large pizza. There were no Pokemon Go Pokestops nearby at the time that we visited.

Little tiny pies for $20 tasted OK but the size is ridiculous. Won't be ordering again. Got an anti pasta salad. Haven't tried it yet might be decent OK I ate the pasta salad half the ingredients they listed weren't in it no artichoke hearts no Canadian bacon very little meat so I would just have to kibosh the whole joint

The location is very difficult to find and inconvenient when you do find the place. So confusing to find, and there was finally a wee little sign way in the back where no one ever drives to help potential customers find the place. It is behind tons of buildings in an industrial-like area. And then when I finally found the place there were multiple, confusing signs (bakery, ice cream parlor, papa's, etc.)...was I in the right place? I almost just drove off in frustration. No one greeted me upon entering, until the guy making the pizzas noticed me (we had called them ahead of time and ordered 2 large pizza's!), ...no one else around. Our pizza's weren't ready ( I came 10 minutes early), it took the guy 15 minutes to make the pizzas, and then they were finally ready 20 minutes later than when we arranged to pick them up. And then I brought them home, the two items we ordered were very meager, the crust was extremely thin, and the taste was only "meh". We won't return.

Memorial Day, afternoon, 2024.Ordered Supreme and Carnivore pizza to go.Topping were few and far apart. Ordered xtra marinara so I guess that was 2 tablespoons instead of 1 on my large pizzas. Pizza was dry, barely worth eating but I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because it's probably better than Little Caesar's pizza... although I haven't eaten Little Caesar's pizza in the last 15 years. No reason to ever eat at Papa's Restaurant North in Colorado Springs ever again .. unless I'm at a function that serves pizza that comes from that kitchen. Like my grandkid's 6th grade graduation party??? But realistically, that pizza would likely come from Little Caesar's because it's a lot cheaper and just slightly worse. At LEAST!!! Put a decent amount of marinara on a pizza that is requested for more!!! And maybe, just maybe.. bake the pizza long enough to cook the crust? I'm pretty sure Little Caesar's at least hurdles over those two very low bars of decent pizza. I have no desire to order Little Caesar's and Papa's pizza just to do an empirical analysis comparing the two restaurants, so this experience (and review) are done and over with in my mind.EDIT: Coming back the next day, eating the leftover Papa's pizza right out of the refrigerator is much better than it was hot! Still sad I bought them though.

If you're craving some seriously good pizza, this restaurant is where you need to go. From the moment you walk in, the smell of freshly baked pizza hits you, and it's amazing. We grabbed a pizza to go, and the drive home was torture because it smelled so good. Once we got home, we couldn't wait to dig in. The pizza was still hot and tasted incredible. The meatballs were perfectly seasoned, and the spaghetti sauce was just right. The owner is super nice and even gave us a 10% discount since it was our first visit. You can tell they really care about their customers.

Went here due to a coupon from a local flyer...place is away from the street behind a Closed Family Dollar so you can't see it from Barnes or Austin bluffs. Not really a sit down more of a carry out but has some great things! A artisan sour dough bread shop, cheese cake shop, ice cream shop and the papas pizza/calzones. They use fresh dough and the pizza and calzones were excellent! They let us sample bread and gave us brownies and a buy 10 get 1 free card. We will go back.! Give them a try they deserve it!!!!

Pspa's Restaurant on Northgate Blvd. Ordered a gluten free pizza. Yum! How did they do that. It was their own creation. The sauce was delicious too. Friendly staff and it was clean in there too. Months ago I had the regular crust. It was good too.
