Great brisket close to home. My first visit was on 13 August 2023 and I managed to go easy on the brisket so it lasted until the next day. Then I got another pound today and it may be gone by this evening. They have a variety of options/sides. Currently they are at the Falcon KOA campground on Thursday and Sunday starting at 11:00 AM and they have a breakfast menu starting earlier on other days.
