Papa Murphy's

I ordered a custom family size pizza online and had someone else pick it up for us. Pizza was perfect, created exactly as I requested. Pizza and cheesy bread both came ready to put in the oven in their own trays. And both turned out pretty darn good. Cheesy bread was a little on the greasy side but I had a coupon so I don't have anything that negative to say about cost/quality overall.I did tack off a star because they did not provide the soda I ordered or the marinara sauce for the cheesy bread. Kind of a 50/50 blame for that I suppose since I physically wasn't there to double check the order but wanted to mention it.

Papa Murphys prepares pizzas for its customers to bring home and bake themselves. They offer whichever combination you could imagine and have prepared it fast every time I have gone. They are very reasonably priced. Very quick and easy!

There isn't a location close to me BUT I was visiting my daughter and fiancé in CO and he recommended it. I ordered two and I'm glad I got the smaller ones because they are big. Delivered deliciousness. I never thought of take and bake before but glad I gave it a shot

Pizza Tuesday! OK, sick of cooking. I admit it, so pizza night it was! I admit that I am not the worlds biggest pizza fan so I usually have to be talked into it, but I was game to try their taco pizza with chicken, the Italian salad with a choice of dressing, and of course the cookie dough for dessert! First time for the taco pizza and it was DELISH! This location did a good job putting enough toppings on the pizza which has been my complaint with Papa Murphy's in the past, but not this visit! Call ahead to order your pizza, and it was fast and efficient to go in and pick it up, especially in this time where everybody's eating at home!

This is the most unprofessional "papa Murphy" place in Colorado Springs. The staff working on 19 Dec 2020 was RUDE and made errors in my order. It's going to take a staff turnover for me to go back. I very rarely leave a crappy review!

To the girl who made my gluten free taco pizza at around 630 tonight, well done!! This is my absolute favorite pizza, but tonight it is the best it's ever been!!!! Thank you for making this pregnant lady happy!!!

I feel really bad doing a review on this location. It used to be a 5 star location. Our visit on 8/27 changed that...We have one pizza we get from here: Stuffed grilled chicken pizza. Best thing ever. On 8/27, my girlfriend went at about 5pm. She called right away telling me they are putting artichoke on the pizza. I said no, that's not on it and we don't want it. Apparently the staff was either new, or pissed to be working on a Saturday, because they tried belittling my girlfriend by saying she doesn't know what's on the pizza and it's right. When finally one of the male employees said he put artichoke on it, the lady at the end got ticked, rolled her eyes and started over. From what I was told, this was not the only pizza being remade, as a lady came back from her car to complain about hers as well. When my girlfriend brought the pizza home, it was the saddest, flat, stuffed pizza I've ever seen. Not to mention, mushrooms were on it. I have a major allergy to mushrooms, so either my girlfriend wants to kill me secretly, or Papa Murphy's doesn't have the ingredient list down. I'll go with the second option... for now. The pizza also had the wrong sauce on it, little bacon and little chicken. When cooked the end crust was extremely thin and crap.I called to complain and offered to go get a replacement. My response received, "We are too busy call again another day." -click. No apology, no offering to fix, just hung up. Nice customer service!From what I was able to eat, I got insanely sick the night of and all day today. Not a fun way to spend my time off. My advice Yelpers, do not come here until the GM or franchise owner (or both) or Mr. Papa Murphy comes down and gets rid of everyone who worked that shift. The staff used to be AMAZING as well as the food. Now, it's gone down the drain. Oh well. My cash is going elsewhere. Hope the guy/gal in charge reads this!!!

FOOD POISIONING!!!My wife and I each ordered a pizza last night. We both became violently ill from food poisoning. We spent the entire night vomiting in a bucket while sitting on the toilet with severe diahrea. Can barely move today.NOT HOW WE WANTED TO SPEND OUR NIGHT!!

Mmmmmmm.......Take and bake Pizza. Don't know why its so hard to find good pizza in this town but Papa Murphy's is far and away the best bet for Pizza in Colorado Springs.The only downer to this place is the location. Access to every shop in this particular plaza is horrible.

Alonzo at the Powers location is so awesome! He has incredible customer service, always but especially tonight when I ordered pizza online but came to pick it up after they had already closed (not realizing they closed) and he ended up opening the door and giving me my order and for no charge. It was so kind!
