The nicest people ever.Very helpful, fair pricing, and quick service.We've used them twice in the past month, both times with the same experience.

They usually do a good job, but I was expecting a package, and I hadn't received notice that it it had arrived. I was quite disappointed to learn that it arrived 4 working days ago. That's almost a week!!upon physically going to PakMail to ask about the situation, I was told that it didn't get scanned in. Aren't there checks in place so this doesn't happen? Apparently not.Multiple times the employee there told me how much mail they receive on a daily basis. Like I care!!!!If they can't handle the volume of mailthat they're receiving, maybe they shouldn't accept new customers.

Friendliest staff and just a great local mailing shop. Take all Christmas shipping needs there. They are good with my little kids too.

If you need to ship packages to your family for Christmas, this is the place to use. They are located on Centennial Blvd to the left of Safeway. They will find you the best rate between USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Was super surprised that Fed Ex was the cheapest, by $12. We didn't want to stand in the lines at the post office. Toni made this very easy for us, thank you..........Friendly staff!!

They manage all my shipments from Colorado Springs. They already shipped 50 snowboards and skis from they location. They provide amazing customer service, great communication and very helpful. THANK YOU FROM WINTER SPORT SOLUTIONS

I can't say enough about the great service I received from Pak Mail in Colorado Springs. I had an antique desk in storage in the Colorado Springs area & I needed to have it shipped to me in California. To be honest I wasn't sure where to start. I called Pak Mail/Colorado Springs & Philip helped me through the entire process. They picked up the desk, packed it for shipping & shipped it via Fed Ex Freight. I bought an item from ShopGoodwill that ShopGoodwill was not able to package and ship. PakMail quoted me a reasonable price to pick-up the item from them, package it securely, and ship it via FedEx. They ended up doing the job for $20 less than their original estimate and the item arrived at my home safely and quickly. Toni - who I believe is the owner of this female-owned business - clearly cares about her customers. All good!

Website talks about notary services a lot. Turns out they don't have one at all. Waste of time

They helped me pick up a fragile item from Colorado and ship to California. (Shipment is still in process - will update after the delivery as well).My experience is great so far. Phillip recently assisted our son in shipping a bike. Not only was it during the crazy busy holiday season but it was a large item needing to be disassembled. Phillip got it all taken care of. When FedEx had some delivery issues Phillip followed up to ensure we got our package. I would absolutely use his business again!
