Painting with a Twist

This location is fairly new. I came here with my wife as a Valentine's Day event. I signed up well in advance, but after looking at another painting they offered a few days before, I called to change days. The lady helped me change my reservation with no issue. We spent about 90 minutes painting and another 20 minutes getting setup on the front and back ends. 15 minutes checking in, getting a drink, waiting for any late arrivals, and getting situated. 5 minutes at the end finishing up our painting and signing it all. I had a coupon for $5 off (see pic). I was a little disappointed they were out of OJ because they offer $10 bottomless mimosas, so I couldn't take advantage of that deal. Overall the lady did a great job guiding us through the paining session. I never felt rushed and in between her instructions she played some good music keep us in the paining mood. I was really pleased with how the paintings came out and now they're both hanging in my bedroom.

Sunday night I and four other friends went to paint. The instructor was more interested in getting done than helping. Two of my friends were laughing between them quietly and she said to share it with the class. They were embarrassed with their painting so we're chuckling. She scolded me for moving.my esal by mistake when painting stating no one would appreciate that. It was my girlfriends 1st time ever painting. Instructor looked at her painting and rolled her eyes. How degrading! We had no help around the room. A couple in the room asked for a drink. A girl said she would be right back and they never recieved their drinks. 7 people went out the door with paintings not done and told to finish at home. With what? The wood boards were very hard to paint on and would be nice to be primed. Worst place I and my friends have signed up with to paint. Candles are a joke! Sadly a fun night out turned out to be a real downer!

Cancelled within two hours of class on my birthday after this was a birthday gift and we specifically planned our week around it and specifically chose this painting and then refused a refund. The owner then sent a ton of aggressive and unprofessional messages because we wanted a refund?
