Nice little to medium sized park on Floyd street in Englewood. This park looks like it was renovated with newer playground equipment, park sign, and paint on the large park benches that are shaped like giant mushrooms. This park is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, so you would have to search it out as its not on a main street. Good place to sit and relax or take the kiddos out to play.

This is a cute, mid sized park. I wouldn't have even known about it if Steve and I didn't have friends that lived in the neighborhood and they told us about it. The city pretty much gives this park the nickname "The Mushroom Park" due to the sculptures that you sit under are all over the park and are shaped like mushrooms. My friends who are involved in the city council say that even the city officials call this park The Mushroom Park while it's proper name is Packy Romans Park.I went here twice while on my vacation. When the weather is nice lots of people in the neighborhood bring their kids and dogs here to play! We came across an adorable Chiweenie and a Bulldog playing with a basket ball with it's owner! Seeing things like this on the weekends make for a rich time to just sit and people or dog watch! Lol!There are good courts for tennis and basketball as well as nice playground equipment and grills for picnics. Definitely a great park to spend a part of your weekend in or for strolls anytime!

Great Neighborhood Park! Lots of people come here: Walking their dogs, kids playing on the 2 playgrounds, people playing basketball, people on the tennis courts. It's a pretty kick butt park! My kids love the Big Kid Playground (has bark, and super big slide). And there are mature trees that make for some much needed shade. Definitely a park to go to all the time! Love that many people use it and it is well maintained! :)

Right down the street from me is this awesome little gem. Great for the kiddos and fun for tennis players like myself! The park has a few tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground and a grilling area. A nice walking path to take a stroll with your dog and is located in a very nice area of south Englewood. Some odd sculptures of mushrooms along the path are a bit questionable, but no less entertaining. I enjoy sitting on one of the benches on a nice sunny day and watch the birds as the do their thing. Definitely one of the better small parks in Colorado and well kept.

Cute park, but went during a weekday morning and there was a large school group of teenage kids running around the playground shooting airsoft guns at each other. I asked the chaperones to do something about it and they seemed unfazed. Playground is definitely meant for younger children so this was very off-putting and we ultimately left after a few minutes. Definitely will NOT be back. Do better.
