Pack & Ship Plus

This shipping store often saves the day, they offer UPS, FedEx, DHL as well as USPS services. They have longer hours than the post office and are a one stop shop when mailing on multiple platforms. The service is not the most courteous, but it's efficient and I hardly ever find a line. Very convenient to ship from here. Never had an issue, I've been using them for years. I'm grateful they are an option.

Opened a po box here about 8 months ago due to mail theft at my apartments. Since then it has become my main hub for anything mail/shipping related. First off, a big bonus i found here over the post office is, i can receive packages from all shippers at my box address. Definitely a better value. Plus, 24 hr access to my box to pick up the letter mail. When i pick up my larger packages I'm greeted by either Anna, Noelle, or Mike. On somedays all 3. They are all quite friendly and extremely helpful with whatever i need done. They also accept my pre labeled outgoing stuff and always give me a tracking receipt. I haven't waited in a post office, fedex, or ups line since i started coming here. The shop also hosts a wide variety of cards, magnets, stuffed animals, shipping supplies and much more. All reasonably priced. Must be a 'Mom and Pop' locally owned business as they treat everyone as people/friends and not just as a customer. Do yourself a favor and check this shop out.

No long lines, very nice shop with supplies needed for shipping and gifts! I am so glad I found this place, will use it exclusively for all my shipping needs. The store is actually nice enough to sit, relax and take a coffee break. I dread christmas time shipping and long lines, but not anymore. They are very nice and helpful.

I use pack & ship plus for a lot of business stuff. and some personal stuff as we just moved out from California Noelle the owner is very helpful with all your shipping needs.

Check your receipt against your banking statement. You might be unpleasantly surprised (fraud).

I contacted them about a pickup, pack and ship item. they quoted me $130 to pick up a Nintendo Switch put it in a box and ship it to me. I literally had a FedEx in Houston do the exact same service for the same item for under $40. Their time must be more valuable than the rest of us. $65 for pick up is pricy but $65 to put a handheld device in a box with some bubble wrap? cmon now, that's price gouging. Avoid this pack'n'ship location they're unreasonable.

Hated dealing with this place when I had to get fingerprints done. The person I dealt with was horrible, rude, and curt. She refused to give me a receipt for the fingerprints, and acted as if she couldn't wait for me to leave--probably because she found the whining Christian music in the background more interesting than helping a paying a customer. I'll NEVER go back.

I arrived at pack ind ship late and generally a disaster. Anna was super patient and kind. She made sure I accomplished what I needed to do and was really gracious. This is a great place. I will go out of my way to come here instead of other places that are not as well supplied and can't do as much.

Wanted to charge me $2 to print an already prepaid shipping label from FedEx. Way to nickle and time customers. I will never do business with you. Total bs especially when fedex pays you to ship the item.

Why suffer and go to the post office when you can come here instead? Everything you need in one spot, fast and friendly. Only place I go to ship packages.
