Oskar Blues - Colorado Springs

I'm pleasantly surprised with this place. Great, relaxed ambience. Stopped for a quick bite with my daughter. We split a burger .I have zero complaints. Burger was nicely cooked . Fries were well seasoned and crispy. Coleslaw was flavorful and well seasoned( a tad too much mayo for my taste but still great)Our waitress was very sweet and nice. Will be back!

We hit up this place on a Monday lunch hour after an appointment. I am always surprised how dead downtown Colorado Springs is at lunch, but the plus is you can always get a table! We sat in the back near the bar. Service was very attentive. Tons of TVs for viewing games. Big bar with all Oskar Blues brews, plus some other microbrews and of course hard liquor. I had the prime rib sandwich with fries (partner had a bbq burger). It was very good. The creamy horseradish they add on the side really gave the sandwich zing and the au jus was rich and wonderful. As for beer I loved the Tarty Starter and Old Chubb. Great spot for a bite. They have live music here and comedy in the basement on Sunday. Parking is metered on the street (but I usually find something without issue). Good place!

Came in right after I landed in Colorado Springs, parking was easy to find (4:30pm on a Monday however). Chill bar decor and fun vibes. I had their French dip sandwich and loaded fries with pretzel appetizer.Let me tell you. The French dip sandwich, 5 stars. Fantastic. Tender meat and great flavor. The dip had great flavor and the horseradish sauce on the side was great! The bread was soft and had a good bounce and absorbed the juice nicely! Honestly, French dip is one of my go to sandwiches and this was on the top tier level of how great this was. Loaded fries were good! I would say 4 stars for the fries, the cheese sauce was good but tasted too....fake? I dunno how else to explain it. The pretzel was great, soft and fluffy and great amount of salt. The dipping sauce, eh, just alright. I think a homemade beer mustard sauce would be better than the honey mustard sauce provided, and the cheese is the same as the loaded fries.Overall, great fast service and great food!Can't complain and would love to come back!

Stopped by for a quick bite and I'm pleased!!! The waitress was so nice and extremely hospitable! I love going to places with servers like that because it just creates a great vibe. Inside is like sports bar but in a good way. It's not super loud but enough going on to be conversational with your table and not worry abt being loud. The burger was also very tasty, winner for me was the fries! Delicious:) Slaw had a bit too much mayo but i would definitely return.

Great spot!! CC was our gracious bartender and she was outstanding! Running fhe host stand, serving, and bartending all with a huge smile on her face!! Will be back very soon

I love this place and I had to stop in to grab quick bowl of gumbo and a beer. Dales Pale Ale is great! Driving to the Denver airport. It was worth the stop.

Ive been twice and have experienced dismal service both times. I am puzzled by the positive reviews. Both times I have been at the 2:00 hour, there has been only one staff person juggling serving, bar and some kitchen prep. It took me 20 minutes to get a beer in an establishment with fewer than 10 patrons at 3 tables. No one behind the bar. No one greeted me when I walked in. In fact there was no one even in the public space for 10 minutes of my arriving and sitting at the bar. I was going to get lunch but bailed. Even the cooler of Oscar Blues beer to go was mostly empty. Whoever is managing this place appears to not care enough to be on site.

Food is solid bar food. Nothing wrong with it. Service is good and the bartenders are cool. Really just didn't like their beer at all. So if you don't want beer no reason not to come.

Gonna give a 4 because of the music but really rounding up from a 3.5. I went with the Trustifarian burger with sweet potato fries and my husband had a few beers and the pretzel. My burger was decent but nothing to write home about, SPF were pretty good. My husband was bummed that for a brewery only 7 out of 48 beers were made by Oskar blues and he didn't love any of the ones he tried except the hazy blue. The pretzel was also sub par. So this wouldn't be our first stop back for food but we were able to able to see Harbor and Home perform and they were amazing!! So still so glad we stopped in for the show

Husband went in to order for take out, I got the salmon salad and he got the bbq burger. Both were extremely delicious! Service was great and pretty quick for delicious food.
